Research And Prevention Of Swine Reproduce Disease In Scaled Pig Stations Of Haikou City

With the development of industrial and intensive swine-raising industry, the diseases of sow reproduction have been the important symptomatology in most pig stations. Abortion,dead embryo,mummy embryo,abnormal embryo and sterlity were the main characters of The sow reproduced diseases(SMEDI). It was reported that some farms were break out SMEDI in haikou city, and the loss is serious. So we selected ten farms in four districts of haikou city to research the epidemic of SMEDI from 2005year to 2006year. And we entered into sets of prevention.This research was imprised of two ingredients, one is non-infectivity factor, the other is infectivity factor. The spot results indicated heat hyperirritability and feed mildew is the main non-infectivity reasons. At infective factors, we tested sampie with ways of PCR,ELISA and IHA etc. disease included PRRS,PCV2,CSF,PR,PP,JE,CHLAMYDIOSIS,TOXOPLASMOSIS,BRUCELLA SUIS,and EPE. The results infective reasons were four diseases of PRRS,PCV2,CSF and PR in 2005 year, but the main infective reasons were PRRS,PCV2,and PP in 2006 year. From the different investigate results in two years, we found that the epidemic conditions of SMEDI have changed in haikou city. In terms of the investigations, we establish sets of prevention and cure ways and get perfcet effects.
