The aim is to resolve the problem of low utilization of corn stover after corn seed is harvested, wasted and an inadequate supply of high quality silage forage, etc, in the cold regions. This study focused on utilizing bio-agent to process corn stover silage without ears, enhancing nutritional content and quality of corn stover silage, screening optimum adding dose of bio-agent. In this study, three dairy cattle fitted with a perpetual large rumen cannula were used as researching rumen ED of major nutrition composition of corn stover silage treated with different bio-agent, digestibility of diet and the effect on internal environment of rumen, evaluating associative effects of feeds, the experiments confirmed that bio-agent treatment may improve nutritional value of corn stover silage.1. The change of nutritional content of corn stove silage without ears treated with different level bio-agentCorn stover silage without ears treated with Cellulose allotted to four treatment, respectively group C 0.00g/kg, CⅠ0.05g/kg, CⅡ0.2g/kg, CⅢ1g/kg, 3 duplicates per treatment. The result showed that CP of corn stover silage significantly increased with the amount of cellulose additive, NDF and ADF significantly deceased, according to the change in the quality and nutritional content, the result confirmed corn stover silage treated with 1g/kg cellulose addictive was optimum. Corn stover silage without ears treated with lactobacillus allotted to four treatment, respectively group L 0.00%, LⅠ0.02%, LⅡ0.025%, LⅢ组0.03%, 3 duplicates per treatment. The result showed CP of group LⅡand LⅢcorn stover silage were significantly higher than group LⅠ, and group LⅠwith lactobacillus was significantly higher than group L, however, CP content of group LⅡand LⅢwere no significantly different. NDF and ADF of group LⅠ, LⅡ, LⅢwere significantly lower than group L. But ADF and NDF of three groups were no significant different. According to the result of experiment, corn stover silage treated with 0.025% lactobacillus addictive was optimum.2. The effect of nutritional value of corn stover silage without ears treated with different bio-agent for diary cattleAccording to the study of utilizing rumen cannula in vivo, the result confirmed there was significant different among the rumen ED of DM and NDF of different silage groups(P<0.05), corn stove silage treated with cellulose>lactobacillus >untreated. The rumen ED of ADF and CP of corn stover silage treated with cellulose and lactobacillus were significantly higher than untreated group, but the rumen ED of ADF and CP of corn stover silage treated with cellulose was similar to lactobacillus. The result showed that cellulose and lactobacillus treatments were all improve the ED of major nutritional content of corn stover silage without ears. But the rumen ED of NDF and DM of corn stover silage treated with cellulose superior lactobacillus treatment. There was significant different among DM CP NDF ADF digestibility of diet of corn stover silage treated with different bio-agent(P<0.05), corn stove silage treated with cellulose>lactobacillus >untreated. ADF digestibility of diet of cellulose treatment was significantly higher than lactobacillus treatment and untreated group, but there was no significant different between lactobacillus treatment and untreated group. The pH value in rumen fluid of different diet was in the normal range. Rumen NH3-N concentration of the diet of corn stover silage without ears treated with cellulose and lactobacillus were significantly higher than the control group, however, there was no significant different between cellulose and lactobacillus treatment.3 The associative effects between corn stover silage without ears and Leymus chinensisThe ED digestibility and TVFA concentration measured of major nutritional content of diet MR4(Concentrate+ Leymus chinensis +untreated corn stover silage without ears),MR5(Concentrate+ Leymus chinensis + corn stover silage without ears treated with lactobacillus ),MR6(Concentrate+ Leymus chinensis + corn stover silage without ears treated with cellulose) were higher than estimates. The associative effects was positive, however, the associative effects value of MR6 and MR5 diet were higher than MR4.The associative effects of NH3-N concentration in rumen fluid of MR4 diet was positive, the associative effects of NH3-N concentration in rumen fluid of MR6 and MR5 diet were negative. According to different indicators to measure the associative effects of diet ,the result showed that when corn stover silage without ears treated with bio-agent were mixed with Leymus chinensis at the proportion of 60% .The feeding was optimum. Aim is to provide a basis for culturists and ranch who can reasonably prepare dairy diet utilizing Leymus chinensis and corn silage.
