| Magnolia officinalis is the raw plant of Chinese traditional medicine which is special commonly used and rarity in China. Now a days, it is short of wild resources. A majority of quality in raw plants which is grown up by man is unstable and the content of officinal component. It is well unknown that the quality of medicinal materials is effect by the condition of environment. People ignored the transmissibility of medicinal materials'quality.This article is opened out the essential of the influnce on the quality of medicinal materials from gentic and environment. It is evaluated the difference quality from production areas and provenances by major in the content of magnolol and honokiol.Selecting 13 years Magnolia officinalis and soil samples form 8 major production areas and a forest for provenance test which is in Jingning,Zhejiang. We mensurate phenolic matters in Magnolia officinalis by using HPLC .Base on the study ,we built a NIRS method for the quality of Magnolia officinalis quickly; and mansurte the 4 elements content which includes Ca,Mg,Mn,Zn,in Magnolia officinalis from different production areas and soil by FAAS.We study on the rule of magnolol and honokiol content differences from different production areas and provenances, the factors of gentic and environment mutually influence on the stability quality of Magnolia officinalis; the relationship between the change of 4 elements content in Magnolia officinalis from different production areas and soil. The following is the main results of our research.1. Through the comparison of different production areas and analyzing the difference of magnolol and honokiol content from 13 seeds resourses,it shows a result that the quality of Magnolia officinalis in different production areas are closely correlated.The west of Hubei province and the east of Sichuan province are the tranditional good production areas for Magnolia officinalis. The quality of Magnolia officinalis in that place is good which the total content of magnolol and honokiol is 4.17%. The individual difference is in a high level. The magnolol and honokiol total content in Guangxi Magnolia officinalis is 4.25% in averge. The honokiol content is high also and the plant growsquickly. It is suggest that it can be planted in Zhejiang and other similar areas.Selecting samples systematicly and scientifically, it make the result reliabiliily.2. The Magnolia officinalis high stability is in the same production areas.It is still with high total content of magnolol and honokiol which plants in Jingning Zhejiang .The same result to Magnolia officinalsi which from Ziyuan,Guangxi.The high gentic stability shows the phenolic also in strong gentics with provenance level.3. NIRS has been used in analyzing the phenolic matters in Magnolia officinalis on first time .Under the wavelengths between 1100nm and 2498nm, we centerned and selected 229 samples by using the best NH is 0.4.We chose the scatter calibration is SNV+D, mathematics method is"3,6,6,1"and MPLS was better than other statistics.Finally, It is made a new method which is based on MPLS to mensurate the content of phenolic matters in Magnolia officinalis. The content magnolol and honokiol RSQ is 0.954 and 0.966 .The R2 which is the correlation coefficient between the prediction and the real valuses reachs 0.961 and 0.967.It shows that this mothod is suitable for evaluating the quality of Magnolia officinalis. It can be used for detecting on-line.4. The content of Ca,Mg,Mn,Zn in Magnolia officinali from different production areas is obviously different. The trace elements which is Mn and Zn have a rule which is high in nouthwest areas and low in northeast.The 4 elements in Magnolia officinali and production areas soil have no relativity.The 4 elements in Magnolia officinali are not correlate with the total content of magnolol and honokiol. |
