The nutritive value of alfalfa, yellow corn silage and corn stalk was studiedin this paper. The experiment study on digestion in vitro and the value in the animal feeding, depending on existing feedstuff, studying on alfalfa, yellow corn silage and corn stalk and concentrate feed in diet of beef's combinatorial effect of dietary under the same nutritional levels and different substrates, for cattle raising provides foundation at development and utilization of feedstuff.The ingredients of culture fluid used in In vitro experiment were dilute and rumen liquor which was sucked from Caoyuanhong cattle. Rumen liquor and Artificial saliva compound according to 1:2 proportion. The experiment was divided into 4 treated groups, type of concentrate feed, maize stalk(A),type of Concentrate feed, corn stalk,alfalfa(B),type of Concentrate feed,corn stalk,yellow corn silage (C),type of concentrate feed,corn stalk,alfalfa,yellow corn silage (D). Samples were taken out at 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h and 72h, respectively. pH value, ammonia-N levels,VFA and diminution rate of DM weregauged. The gas production were wrote when every groups were cultured 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h and 72h. The results of In vitro experiment showed that in cultured process, the trend of pH value of different dietary group is same basically, and the pH value of different dietary group maintained benefit pH value (6.7~7.0) to diminution of cellulose when they were digested during 6h to 48h of culturing. The diminution rate of DM of D 72h of culturing was better than A, B, C, the diminution rate ofDM of A 72h of culturing was lowest; The gas production of A and B was higher than C and D, the difference was significant during 24h, 48h and 72h of culturing(P<0.05), it was extremely remarkable between A and D(P<0.01). The ammonia-N levels of A was higher in 6h of culturing, The ammonia-N levels of C was highest in 12h of culturing (P<0.05).In 3×4 incomplete Latin square design, three Caoyuanhong cattle were divided into 3 groups to compare the digestibility of nutrient matters in 4 types of the diet. The experiment was divided into 4 treated groups as in In vitro experiment. Thermophile cellulose pH values, ammonia-N, Nutrient Digestibility and VFA concentrations of rumen fluid feces of cattles samples were measured. The results showed that the different dietary group don't affect the ruminal pH value(6.3~7.0), the difference was not significant (P>0.05), but the ruminal pH value of A was lower; The different dietary group affect the ruminal ammonia-N levels, 4 types of the diet is highest in two hour, the ruminal ammonia-N levels of D is highest in all; The different dietary group affect the ruminal acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid and VFA, they were significant between A and B (P<0.05); It was significant between B and D in the apparent digestibility of EE of the different dietary group (P<0.05), it was significant between A and D in the apparent digestibility of CP of the different dietary group (P<0.05), it was significant between B and C, also; The different dietary group affect the apparent digestibility of DM, it showed that It was significant between B and C; The different dietary group don't affect in the apparent digestibility of DOM and NDF(P<0.05).It was concluded that the interaction effect was significant during different feeding stuff when it was composed concentrate feed, maize stalk, alfalfa, maize yellow stores under the same nutritional levels. The apparent digestibility of nutrition substance of D is highest, the Associative Effect of D is best.
