In order to solve the problem of alfalfa silage, we added corn stalk to alfalfa silage in different proportions. To study the effect of additives in mixed silage of alfalfa and corn stalk, this study indicated that:1.The fermentation quality of the mixed silage of alfalfa and corn stalk in different proportionsThe alfalfa silage were cut intovl cm-2 cm and 3 cm-4cm adding 15%,25% or 35% corn stalk ensiled for 45days. The results showed that: With the increase of corn stalk proportion in the mixed silage, the pH and ammonia nitrogen content decreased significantly (p< 0.05) after the silage, the lactic acid and soluble carbohydrate content increased significantly (p< 0.05), the content of lactic acid bacteria increased, Aerobic stability decreased. Analysed the silage quality, we can draw a conclusion that 35% corn stalk and 65%alfalfa silage (1 cm-2 cm) was the best silage, alfalfa groups (lcm-2cm) was better. The results in vitro of the mixed silage of alfalfa and corn stalk showed that:With the increase of corn stalk proportion in the mixed silage, the pH in a reasonable scope in each group in vitro.Acetic acid, propionic acid, digestibility of dry matter, ammonia nitrogen and gas production showed a trend of decline. The ratio of acetic acid and propionic acid was not significant difference (P> 0.05). The Ruminal fermentation of adding 15% or 25%corn stalk in alfalfa silage was better. The alfalfa silage groups (lcm-2cm) were better. From the quality of silage and rumen fermentation, we can draw a conclusion that 25%corn stalk in alfalfa silage was better, the alfalfa silage groups (lcm-2cm) were better.2. The fermentation quality on the mixed silage of alfalfa and corn stalk adding additivesThe mixed silage of 35% corn stalk and 65% alfalfa adding lactic acid bacteria and cellulose enzyme ensiled for 45days. The results showed that: the lactic acid and soluble carbohydrate content increased, the ratio of lactic acid and acetic acid increased. The ammonia nitrogen content decreased, the Flieg Score was better in every group. The number of lactic acid bacteria in group JSZ2 and JSZ3 were more, the aerobic stability of groupJSZ2 was the best,Analysed the silage quality we can know the groupJSZ3was the best silage. The results in vitro of the mixed silage of alfalfa and corn stalk adding additives, the results showed that: the pH in a reasonable scope in each group in vitro. The ammonia nitrogen and acetic acid were more in group JSZ1. The digestibility of dry matter and gas production were more in group JSZ2and JSZ3. The ratio of acetic acid and propionic acid was smaller. From the rumen fermentation we can know the group JSZ1 was best. From the quality of silage and rumen fermentation we can draw a conclusion that adding the mixture of cellulose enzyme and lactic acid bacteria can meet the actual production requirements.
