SSR Examination And Field Appraisal Comparison Research Of Maize Hybrids Purity

In order to develop the molecular mark technology application in seed purity test of hybrid maize,30 maize varieties of provincial level area trial in 2005 at Jilin province were tested by SSR purity analysis,and compared its results with the field investigation results.According to the predecessor research, we got more multi- state properties primers and compared with the field purity result. The experimental results showed that:(1) Has carried on the SSR member mark purity analysis to 30 maize varieties,and got 11 pairs of multi- state properties well primers,but has carried on the comparison with the field purity appraisal result. Indicated that, The SSR appraisal (average) the purity is consistent with the field purity appraisal result.(2) Through the correlation analysis indicated that the quantity character purity, the quality character purity as well as the field purity and the SSR member mark purity all displayed for the remarkable even extremely remarkable level.(3) The regression analysis indicated that the umc2373 and the umc1069 were best, can represent field purity appraisal result; the Umc2151 and the umc2018 is not good, Suggested: Analyzes the maize purity of variety when using the SSR method,the primer Umc2151 and the primer umc2018 are not suitable.
