We applied tow method of in situ end labeling(ISEL)and immunonistchemical markers to research into the distributing rules of apoptosis cells and positive cells of expression of Bcl-2 and Bax on Paraffin Section tissue of skin of Mongolia sheep in six different months.The results indicated:The apoptosis of Hair follicle cells lied in all periods of Hair follicle growth.The quantity and degree of the skin of apoptosis cells changed with different seasons.The apoptosis was the activest from May to June,while it was weaker correspondingly from August to October.Rate of positive result of Bcl-2 expression Mongolia Sheep was the highest in December and was the lowest in June.With the change of months,the rate of positive result of Bcl-2 expression present the trait of V curve model.Rate of positive result of Bcl-2 in December was the highest distinctly (p<0.01)than the other months.With the months exchange,rate of positive result of Bax expression of Mongolia Sheep present campanulate patten which increased firstly,and got the tiptop,then decreased gradually.Rate of positive result was the highest in June,took second place in August and was the lowest in April.With the change of months,the rate of positive results of Bax/Bcl-2 expression of Mongolia Sheep present the trait of V curve model The rate of positive results of Bax/Bcl-2 expression was the highest in April,which was the highest distinctly(p<0.01) than the other months;The rate took second place in May,and was the lowest in June.The skin of Mongolia Sheep and hair follicle cell were controlled by both Bcl-2 and Bax,which have relationship with the growth and falling of hair.
