The inhibitory activity against pyricularia grisea of extracts extracted fromStellera chamaejasme were studied. The results showed that the ethyl acetateextracts had a best inhibitory activity on Pyricularia grisea . The sublevelcontents extracted from ethyl acetate also were studied. The inhibitory activitysequences were:â…¢ï¼žâ…£ï¼žâ…¡ï¼žâ… . Theâ…¢extract at 1.313 mg/ml could inhibit themycelia growth at 100ï¼…even at the eighth day. Observed in the invertedmicroscope, it was found that the mycelia inhibitoried byâ…¢extracts had beendeformed and the protoplasm distribution was not homogeneous; the sporepartitions had disappeared and the surface of the spores were outgrowth asherpes shape. Observed in the electronmicroscope, it was found that thecytoplasm dealed with byâ…¢extracts was concentrated, plasmolysis happened,many cell organelles were disappered.
