Stellera chamaejasme L. chamaejasme for Thymelaeaceae plants, mainly grown in the mountains and grassland in China, mainly distributed in the Northeast, West, Southwest, Northwest (Shi zhicheng ets, 1997), and its level of bitter, a large drug. The Binapacryl substances were isolated from root of Stellera chamaejasme , whose ultrastructure and toxicity were studied against Stellera chamaejasme in the laboratory. Primary mechanism was investigated through the changes of several enzyme. Test results are as follows:(1)The walnut green husk was soaked by petroleum ether, chlorofo- rm and methanol, and Tetranychus cinnabarinus was treated by the three kinds of extracts. The mortality from petroleum ether extract of walnut green husk was 83.44% at 24 h after treatment, which showed that the acaricidal activity of the petroleum ether extract was significantly higher than the chloroform and methanol ones in the concentration of 1 mg / ml (P<0.05).(2)The extractive technic from the rhizome of Stellera chamaejasme by supercritical fluid and its biological activities were studied. Three extraction factors, pressure, temperature and extraction time, were investigated by orthogonal design to optimize the technology. The results showed that when the pressure and temperature are 30MPa and 40oCrespectively, the extraction rate could be attained 2.68% after 1.5h, larger than the extraction rate by traditional method. In the experiment of biologtical activitiesagainst Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval), LC50 of chemical constituents extracted by Supercritical fluid and solvent extraction is 2.4366g/L, and 3.8183g/L. So we concluded that the chemical constituents, extracting from the rhizome of stellera chamaejasme by supercritical fluid extraction is a kind of useful acaricidal to control mites.(3)the crude extraction was separated by liquid-liquid distribution. The leach rate of the petroleum ether extract was the highest(54.39 %) and this part appeared a strong acarocidal activity, adjusted mortality was 81.26%.(4) The column chrmatography on silica gel was used to separate the petroleum ether extractions of Stellera Chamaejasmel L.The results indicated the revised mortalities of G2,G7,G8,G9and G11 were 89.99%,90.23%,72.17%,66.30% and 61.64%, which were higher than 60%, the acarocidal effects was more better than others obviously(the revised mortalities were lower than 60%,F = 1.599, df = 49, P < 0.05).Therefore G7 was selected.(5) This experiment uses daphne euphorbia fisheriana extraction to process the pathological change cell Spanish red Ye Man by the transmission electron microscope, like the muscle fiber and destructed the cell organ which includs the cell nucleus, the line plastochondria, the endoplasmic reticulum, the golgiosome carries to observate, they all have been discovered the obvious change. In the cell nucleus each constituent dispels, in the line plastochondria the keel disorder, the cell membrane dissolve, muscle fiber loose incapable, the endoplasmic reticulum dispels, the golgiosome decomposes the ribosome which, adheres to stick cohere to scatter. The activity of ATPase, TChE and GSH-PX in T. cinnabarinus were assayed by colorimetric method after application of the extracts from stellera chamaejasmel. The activities of GSH-PX in T.cinnabarinus were strongly induced, but the activities of ATPase and TChE were restrained.
