Research, Classification And Appraisal Of The Germplasm Resource Of Chrysanthemum In Kunming City

Chrysanthemum was origined from china and it is one of the most famous and favorable flower in the world. There are lots of cultivars and variations among thicultivated flower. Chrysanthemum variety is very rich, which are very important germplasm value and economical value. There are about 3,000 cultivars in China, which have long cultural history. This paper provides principal for classification of chrysanthemum, and plays an important rule in biogenetics of the germplasm resource of chrysanthemum.The method of the research is firstly investigation table was laid down,60 morphograic character and data character was choosed,and each chrysanthemum cultivar was investigated completely.relative chrysanthemum pictures was browsed,and specialists were consulted in order to gather and identificate chrysanthemum cultivars. According to classification of chinese chrysanthemum cultivars were set up by Chinese Bonsai assisation in 1983, Chrysanthemum cultivars in Kunming city were classified by flat, spoon, quill, nemone and irregular. First, the morphological character and number character of 20 cultivars were choosed and coded, and polygerm analysis and variance analysises were done. The distinctness, uniformity and stability of these cultivars were analyzed. 36 typical cultivars come from China and Japan respectively was choosed, so as to do Q analysis, and its relationship to its cultivars was discussed.The results showed that there are 393cultivars in Kunming city,many of them are privious and rare, there were probably serious phenomenon about synonym and homonym. According to classification of chinese chrysanthemum cultivars were set up by Chinese Bonsai assisation in 1983, Chrysanthemum cultivars in Kunming city were classified by flat, spoon, quill, nemone and irregular.There are 147 cultivars and 7 flower type in flat ,and 59 cultivars and 6 flower type in spoon,and 152 cultivars and 14 flower type in quill,and 13 cultivars and 4 flower type in nemone,and 22 cultivars and 2 flower type in irregular. First, the morphological character and number character of 20 cultivars were choosed and coded, and polygerm analysis and variance analysises were done.The result showed that 46 stable characters which were used the character date in the course of cluster analysis, The significant homology was showed between chrysanthemum cultivars. The cultivars of'Huangshiba'and'Jinxianguanzhu'was clustered alone respectively, low similarity with others was showed.The objective of the paper is research, classification and appraisal of the germplasm resource of Chrysanthemum in Kunming city,systematic chrysanthemum germplasm was obtained,theory basis was provided by genetic breeding of chrysanthemum germplasm in Kunming city, and theory consultation was provided by future cultivar evolution research and breeding.
