The research of standard reference material of pesticides and the establishment of repaid pesticides determination method and multiple residues determination method with high sensitivity and selectivity is very important to reduce the cost and control the pesticide residues in the enviroment. Also, it can improve our agricultural products international trading very much.Molecular link index of tolclofos-methyl and tebufenozide is caculated by QSPR model. The best solvents for these two pesticides are determined. Acetone for tolclofos-methyl and methanol for tebufenozide. SRM of 99.56μg/mL tolclofos-methyl and 100μg/mL tebufenozide is prepared. And uniformity of the test are carried out. It shows that the two SRMs are standard.Sample extraction, purifying, quantitave and qualitive analysis of the 15 pesticides residues in water are studied.SPE and LLE are studied separately. The determination method of OPPs multiple residues in water is established. LLE and gas chromatography detection technology are used. Quantitative analysis is accurate, high sensitivity and fast. Minimum detectable concentration reached 0.0001mg/Kg, the recovery under different concentration is from 73.7%-119.4%. Also, this method can determine more kinds of OPPs at a time, the separation of OPPs is obvious. The study contributes a lot to the revision of National Standard Method of OPPs Multiple Residues in Water Determination and improving the technology of pesticides multiple residues detection.
