Apple-pear also known as the "Jilin sweet pears", is produced in the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Region in Jilin Province and famous as a high quality fruit as well. It is sciophilous, cold-resistant, and adaptable to the large temperature difference between day and night. In addition, it's extremely nutritious. Accordingly, it is repeatedly elected as "Buyou Products" and "Green Food"; Especially in 2002 it is elected as the "Origin Products under special state protection". As the apple-pear origin and birthplace, in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Region, the output and the planting area are both have a great improvement and progress, living in the forefront of the country. However, it is the ragged quality and the unscientific planting of the fruit that makes it hard to popularize. It becomes the most principal to improve the quality of Yanbian apple-pear.The thesis is based on the "Jilin Agricultural Geological Survey", which is funded by "Geological Survey Bureau of China and Jilin Province in 2006", Through the study of Apple-pear itself and its origin geochemical conditions, get rid of the method in the past that only to study on the origin of products or only to assess about stain factor, we collected the fruit samples, the corresponding soil samples and the indicators and elements for testing. Starting with the relationship between the product and its element, we analysis the suitable environment for the conduct and establish a suitable quality apple-pear geochemistry of quantitative models. Definition of the conclusion of the study is as follows:1. Research shows that management techniques, intensive management are not the decisive factors to improve the quality of the apple-pear. In the current situation, there is not a uniform standard for assessing the quality of the apple-pear. Refer to the fruit quality assessment standards such as "Green food fresh pears" (NY / T 423-2000) , "Geographical origin of products Yantai Apple" (GB 18965-2003)etc. And associate to apple-pear its own characteristics, based on the quality indicators of informing the individual, we step on the method of Grey correlation to assess the quality of the apple-pear in the study area. Assessed quality of chronological order: Sanhe> Tumen> Longjing> Hunchun.2. Major elements of different apple-pear fruit and evaluation indicators have different correlation. The impact between the different elements and the evaluation indicators are different either. There is a significant positive correlation between K and the total acid content and hardness. On the contrary, there is a negative correlation between K and the total sugar and soluble solids. N content with quality indicators shows no relativity; P with vitamin C content and hardness shows a significant positive correlation; Mg with vitamin C shows a significant positive correlation; Ca with the acid content shows a positive correlation. Apple-pear initiatively and strongly absorbs K, N, P, Mg elements. The threshold of the major elements effective state that quality apple-pear planted is:K:190~210mg/kg,N:50~100mg/kg,P:10~20mg/kg,Mg:1500~1600mg/kg, Ca:6000 ~7000mg/kg.3. Trace elements in the fruit quality indicators act as such a significant role.In apple-pear, there is a positive correlation between Fe,Cu,Zn,B and the total acid; B with the total sugar shows a significant negative correlation. Soluble solids with Cu,B shows a significant negative correlation. Apple-pear strongly absorbs Cu,Zn,B in soil; Mo and Mn are absorbed moderately, so that it can achieve a internal balance. The threshold of the trace elements effective state that quality apple-pear planted is:Fe:10 ~20mg/kg (fruit), Cu:1~1.5mg/kg,Zn:2~3mg/kg,B:0.33~0.4mg/kg, Mn:3~4mg/kg,Mo:the lower the better. 4.The effect of the unique geographical and geological background on the apple-pear should nor be overlookedTemperature has an important impact on the sugar content of fruit and fruit-shape. In maturity a larger temperature difference between day and night is propitious to fruit coloring and fruit sugar accumulation. The average temperature of 5.0~8.0℃,the accumulated temperature annually more than 10℃of 2400 ~ 3500℃, the average temperature of 16℃~25℃, and the maturity stage in late September to early October with a larger temperature difference between day and night make apple-pear more conducive to the growth. And light, shape, heavy, amount of sugar and Sugar/acid play a significant role in promoting as well. It's the best condition that daylight annually between 1400 and 2500 hours and that sunshine direct light more than three hours. Relative humidity act a significant role in promoting the coloring of the fruit. The relative humidity of 40% to 60% in summer is conducive to growth of high-quality apple-pear. Apple-pear, when the soil pH is 6.0 to 6.6, is at the best quality fruit. Organic matter content of the soil promotes permeability and is conducive to crop growth and development. Soil organic matter content of 17.5~21g/kg, is conducive to the growth of high-quality apple-pear. Gentle slope of the hill is conducive to water-soil fertilizer.5.Screening result of the geochemical soil elements and factors, the the composition of high-quality apple-pear element geochemical model is: major elementsK,Ca,P; trace elements B,Cu,Fe; as well as temperature, pH/soil organic matter and the topography, And other supporting factors.
