Studies On Field Efficacy Of Prochloraz On Several Diseases Of Chief Crops

The research was field experiment,which explored the treating efficacy of 25% prochloraz EC treating Magnapothe grisea,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Colletotrictum gloeosporioides and 50%prochloraz WP treating Elsinoe ampelina.The research obtained the following result:1.Prochloraz had a superior broad-spectrum,and it was good at treating these disease,such as Colletotrictum gloeosporioides,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Magnapothe grisea,Elsinoe ampelina.That was coincident with those reports before. When the dosage of 25%prochloraz EC were 2～3 L·(hm²)^-1in the field experiment of treating Colletotrictumg loeosporioides,the treating efficacies exceeded 70%.When the dosage of 25%prochloraz EC were 400～500 ml·(hm²)^-1in the field experiment of treating Magnapothe grisea,the treating efficacies exceed 75%,and the increasing efficacy on yield exceeded 6%.When the spray dosage of 50%prochloraz WP were 300～500ml/hm² in the field experiment of treating Elsinoe ampelina,the treating efficacies exceeded 85%on leaves and 70%on fruits.Simultaneously,25%prochloraz EC and 50%prochloraz WP had superior persistent efficacies.When the dosage of 25% prochloraz EC was 500 ml·(hm²)^-1in the field experiment of treating Magnapothe grisea, the treating efficacy reach up to 92.1%on the of 21th after spray.And when spray dosage of 50%prochloraz WP was 500g/hm²,the treating efficacy reached up to 92.11%on fruits and 83.23%on leaves on the day of 32th after spray.2.Prochloraz has a superior treating efficacy and increasing efficacy during the period of treating Magnapothe grisea,apparently.Currently,Sulfur Tricylazol is regarded as the chief medicament for treating Magnapothe grisea,and there are few reports about it. So the result of the research offered scientific data for the application of Prochloraz.3.Prochloraz has superior stability and persistant efficacy.The research spent 6 years and was done in 6 counties of 3 provinces.The result identified that prochloraz have superior broad-spectrum,persistant efficacy,increasing efficacy,and especially have superior treating efficacy on Magnaporthe and Rhizoctonia.Simultaneously,prochloraz is stable,keeping superior efficacy in different climate of north and south China.4.The research indicate to the secure observation that:25%prochloraz EC and 50%prochloraz WP process respectively rightly.
