Coccidiosis is a disease on chicken's intestinal tract.In order to contrul the coccidiosis,the anticoccidial drug used more and more.but the residue became a new problem.On the basement of epidemiology of chicken coccidiosis on the Yueyang,the Chinese medicinal materials used curled the chicken coccidiosis.1.Through the epidemiology,incidence of coccidiosis on Nanjiang,Maotian,Wenbai, Yunxi,Hongshantou,Liulinzhou,Tuanhuzhou,Zhonghzou was 39.81%,39.62%,49.97%,40.06 %.51.15%,50%,46.72%,54.48%respectively。It is higher of the region on lake area than mountain area.2.Using single-oocyst isolation.the result showed that the kind of coccidian was E.tenella, E.acervulina,E.maxima,E.mttis,E.praecox,E.praecax.3.The therapeutic effect contrast test,between with the Coccidiostat,Chinese medicinal materials,Coccidiostat and Chinese medicinal materials.The survival rate,growth rate,process*oosphere and ACI on chicken in experiment were detected.The result showed that ACI of the experiment A,B,C,D,E group were 200,80.54,141.43,165.1,170.1 respectively.. The cure effecte of Chinese medicinal materials and Coccidiostat is best.
