Monosomic addition lines are the important materials in gene location and genetic analysis.In this paper,the allotertraploid from flowering Chinese Cabbage×Chinese Kale were used as the basic materials,the selection and identification of monosomic addition lines of flowering Chinese Cabbage-Chinese Kale were conducted by means of backcross and identification,and the main rusults were showed as follows::(1)The seed setting of the allotetraploid(AACC)×diploid flowering Chinese Cabbage (AA)was about 28.94%.(2)The seed setting of the allotriploid(AAC)×diploid flowering Chinese Cabbage (AA)was about 25.79%.(3)The 30 plants with 2n+1=21 chromosomes were selected from BC1 populations (324 plants)of the allotriploid(AAC)×diploid flowering Chinese Cabbage(AA)and the rate was 9.26%.(4)By karyotype analysis and morphological observation,a set of monsomic addition lines was obtained,in which the rates of AA+C1,AA+C2,AA+C3,AA+C4,AA+C5, AA+C6,AA+C7,AA+C8 and AA+C9 were 10%,6.67%,10%,3.33%,6.67%,6.67%, 10%,6.67%and 3.33%,respectively.(5)The gene controlling the scape type of Chinese Kale was located on the C1 chromosome;the gene controlling the white flower of Chinese Kale was located on the C2 chromosome;the gene controlling the lamina with stipule of Chinese Kale was located on the C3 chromosome;the gene controlling the anthesis of Chinese Kale was located on the C4 chromosome;the gene controlling the of flower bud length of Chinese Kale was located on the C5 chromosome;the gene controlling the ratio of petal length to width of Chinese Kale was located on the C6 chromosome;the gene controlling the purple point on the top of anther of Chinese Kale was located on the C7 chromosome;the gene controlling the ablossom duration of Chinese Kale was located on the C8 chromosome.(6)At matephaseⅠ,the trivalents were observed in each monosomic addition lines,and the ad-1 with the highest frepuency,about 36.4%,and the ad-3 with the lowest frepuency, about 5.6%. (7)The extra chromosome trasnmission rates of monosomic addition lines(AA+C1~AA+C8)were 27.27%,3.33%,30.77%,45.83%,47.62%,33.33%,50.0%and 28.57%by female gametes,respectively;and 18.18%,9.52%,15.38%,41.66%,19.02%,11.78%, 10.0%and 9.52%by male gametes,respectively。...
