| As the further research of inter-generic hybridization within the Chrysanthemum in broad sense, the thesis focuses on Opisthopappus. The tests of inter-generic hybridization between Opisthopappus with Chrysanthemum, Ajania are conducted to gain the hybrid, in order to improve the germplasm resources of Chrysanthemum, which also has identified the relationship between these genera.During the period, the wild and overseas germplasm resources are collected, including the wild resources Crossostephium chinensis from China; Chrysanthemum coreanum, C. zawadskii, C. indicum from Korea; Arctanthemum arcticum, C. sinuatum from Russia; C. weyrichii from Germany; Leucanthemopsis alpinum from France. The distributing area of Opisthopappus is surveyed in detail and the range of Opisthopappus longilobus and Opisthopappus taihangensis is primarily confirmed. Also, the research of their habitats is primarily conducted. Acoording the ploidy analysis of chromosome, sequences and the survey of cultivation in field, Opisthopappus is primarily divided into two species. The tests of inter-generic hybridization between Opisthopappus with Chrysanthemum, Ajania are conducted. 11 species are chosen for parents. The whole test can be divided into 27 combination, 560 anthotaxy, 21100 florets, and 2593 achenes, 865 plantlets are collected. After morphological identification, 62 plants are screen out. Primarily identified hybrid include O. taihangensis×C. dichrum, O. taihangensis×C. indicum,O. taihangensis×C. lavandulifolium, C. lavandulifolium×O. taihangensis, O. taihangensis×A. pallasiana, A. pallasiana×O. taihangensis, (A. pacificum×C. vestitum)×C. vestitum.Based on ncpGS gene sequence, the plants of C. lavandulifolium×O. taihangensis,O. taihangensis×C. lavandulifolium are confirmed real hybrids.Through the intercross, we obtain the hybrid between Opisthopappus with Chrysanthemum, Ajania, realizing also the improvement of germplasm resources. The relationship between these genera has been trimed, to prepare for the further improvement of germplasm resources. |
