As our county is a primary county of producting and exporting kidney bean,kidney bean plays an important role in restructuring of crop production,dryland agricultre development and increasing exchange rate of export.As Chinese people change their food compositions and nutrition healthcare awareness,kidney bean as edible protein crop is rapidly becoming more and more important in the development of functional food development.However,because kidney bean research had a late start,its basic research has been very weak,and there had few research about the genetic variation and quality of kidney bean. especially the adaptability ,yield and the Storage protein(SP) in seeds of the main cultivars in China,,which play a osculating role in its quality formation; Therefore,it has become an urgent problem that need being solved to increase the yield and quality of kidney bean in protein production. The study analyzed high-yield and stability,and morphological characters,and the characterics of storage protein in seeds of different varieties(lines) or regionally introduced varieties of kidney bean developed in various regions.It got the following main conclusions: 1.As the regional kidney bean trial was controlled preferably and the data of 2004 and 2005 regional experiments was credible,the size orders of grey correlative degrees of yield and yield traits of trailing type·north group,erection type·north group,erection type·southwest group were consistent on the whole and the first three sizes of which generally were Growing period,Bean length,Seed/pod no.,the first three sizes of grey correlative degree of yield and yield traits of trailing type·southwest group generally were Plant height,Bean length,100-seed weight,which shows the relationship between yield and other traits of trailing type kidney bean was definitely affected by environment;there were marked differences in yield and stability among varieties,Y07 and Y05 kidney bean were the varieties with higher and relatively stable yield,Y12 kidney bean was the variety with low and relatively stable yield,the rest kidney beans were the 18 varieties with average relatively stable yield,and there were definite differences among 18 varieties.2. With regard to the characters of kidney beans,the coefficients of error variation (CV)of growing period was 17.94% that was least of morphological characters,the highest CV of morphological characters was 69.05%,which was plant height;The highest mean of CV of locations was 46.1%,which was guiyang,the lowest mean of CV of locations was 17.8%,which was aletai. The means of CV of Guizhou,Sinkiang and the northern of shannxi were relatively lower,those locations has a little effect on economic characters of kidney bean;There were significant difference in the seed color and seed model of quality descriptors.3.On the SDS-PAGE Aanalyse of storage protein in subunits among 10-100kDa of kidney beans,it got the following main conclusions:the sample quantity was 10μ,and the concentration of separating polyacrylamide was 12.5 % , and the concentration of concentrating polyacrylamide was 3%,and it was not degrease,and the alkaline extraction can be water,and the extracting part of kidney bean seeds was cotyledon etc,which can provide the relatively better,saving cost and feasibility electrophoresis method for the identification of kidney bean varieties;There were were little,only shade of colour and very few differences of protein patterns among water soluble proteins,salt soluble proteins and total proteins,and there were were plentiful storage proteins in subunits in the cotyledon and embryo,and there has equality content of apiece molecule quality of storage proteins in subunits in the embryo,and there has abundant content of the 43000Da around storage proteins in subunits in the cotyledon,which has 50% photodensity;There has differences of storage proteins in subunits between cotyledon and embryo,and the differences of storage proteins in subunits of kidney bean varieties were the storage proteins in subunits of excepting 43000Da around,and the 43000Da around storage proteins in subunits only has relatively content differences among varieties.4.During kidney bean seed germination the storage prote in subunits of macromolecule were mobilized more quickly than lowermolecule,the storage prote in subunits of the cotyledon were mobilized more slowly than embryo,There were significant differences in protein patterns of the cotyledon and embryo among the cultivars,the cultivars of the hige seed vigor(Y05,Y06)were mobilized more rapidly than the varieties of the low seed vigor(Y09,Y1+1),and there were not diversities between the varieties of the high seed protein content(Y1+1,Y05)and the varieties of the low seed protein content(Y06,Y09).5.There has unevident differences of the substance accumulation during forepart of accumulated stages,and the fresh and dry weights and the storage proteins of cotyledon and embryo of different varieties(excepting Y1+2) increase sharply during 20-35days of after flowering,and storage substances were largely synthesized in the cotyledon and embryo,and the speed of seeds accumulation start to be slow during about 35 days of after flowering,and the fresh seed weights begin to descend because of dehydration and only little dry weights were accumulated and synthesized during about 40 days of after flowering,and the dry weights were basic equally between 40 and 45 days of after flowering;There has some differences of the content and accumulation rules of storage prote in subunits,which has relation with more obvious differences of growth habit,seed weight,protein content and dDays to mature among kidney bean varieties.6.The nutrient of kidney bean was more relational with varieties,especially was most relation with seed color;The 100-seed weight of Qinggang,Weining and Liupanshui during after two years of kidney bean trail was more increased than early two years,which was from relatively integrity datas of 100-seed weight;There were significant differences of 100-seed weight of different locations,because it was relational with climate entironment and soil fertility of Local trails,and the 100-seed weight of Pingliang,Jingbian,Habahe and Aletai of the Northwest area of China were higher than others,which may be relational with those locations having higher difference in temperature of day and night;The germinative force was relational with seed color,seed weight and growth habit of kidney beans.
