This experiment had analysised the nutrition ingredient of the Leymus chinensis in different growth periods, used three rumen fistulated holstein dairy cattle to research animal Effective Degeneration (ED) of major nutrition ingredient of the Leymus chinensis harvested in correct time, digestibility of diet, the effect on inner environment of rumen and evaluating associative effects of different proportional the Leymus chinensis and corn silage. The aim was to resolve the problem of bad quality Leymus chinensis, low utilization and few critical nutrition value parameter and so on. This study will provide reference for constructing Leymus chinensis nutritional evaluation system, sciencific dieting Leymus chinensis and ensuring the dariy cattle healthy and high production.1. The change of the Leymus chinensis nutrition content in different growth periodsThe Leymus chinensis sampled based on seven growth periods( return green stage, tillering stage, jointing stage, heading stage, blooming stage, soliding stage and withering stage) was collected during 4.5-9.15 in 2006 years daqing area. After the convention nutrition ingredient analysis in the laboratory we can know the results that in heading stage and blooming stage, DM and CP content of Leymus chinensis was higher than other stages, NDF, ADF and lignin content were lower than other stages. The proportional of Ca and P was 2.5:1, which was advantageous in Ca and P absorption to the dairy cattle. Therefore, the Leymus chinensis wound be better used in heading stage and blooming stage. Moreover, in heading stage and blooming stage, the output of the Leymus chinensis was higher than other stages, the Leymus chinensis could security pass the winter, used once more slightly, the moisture content was moderate. All those decided the Leymus chinensis was suitable to modulated the high quality hay.2. The effect of dairy cattle rumen ED, environment digestibility of the main nutrition ingredient and ruminant inner environment when cows fed different proportion diets of Leymus chinensisUsed three rumen fistulated holstein dairy cattle as experimental animal, applied 3×3 Latin Square design, used Nylon bag Technology to measure the rumen ED, digestibility and inner environment of rumen through raising experiment. The coarse feed was composed by different proportional the Leymus chinensis and corn silage.(100:0, 0:10, 20:80, 70:30, 60:40, 50:50), the diet was composed by coarse feed and concertration with the proportion of 70:30(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ).The results indicated that the ED of major nutrition ingredient of Leymus chinensis wereCP〉DM〉NDF〉ADF, and had significant difference(p<0.05). The ED of CP, NDF and ADF ofⅥ(the sixth diet)were obviously higher than other groups of diet.(p<0.05), but the ED of DM ofⅤwas the highest value, the next wasⅥ.The digestibility of the main nutrition ingredient of each group (Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ) were CP> DM> NDF> ADF. The digestibility of the diet ofⅥwas higher than other groups, and the digestibility of DM, NDF, ADF had not significant difference compared withⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ, but the digestibility of CP was higher thanⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, and had significant difference(p<0.05).The change range of the rumen pH value was 6.16-6.89, NH3-N density was 9.78-27.39mg/dl, all these data were in normal change range, the rumen fermentation belong to the acetic asid fermentation . all these meaned every group diets could maintenance rumen environment stability and benificial to rumen normal fermentations.3. The associative effects between the Leymus chinensis and corn silageIn the feeding experiment, the diet was composed by different proportional Leymus chinensis and corn silage( 20:80, 70:30, 60:40, 50:50). The results confirmed that the estimated value of ED of DM and NDF were lower than actual value in four groups, the associative effects were positive and the associative effects of the group of 50:50 was higher than other three groups. The associative effects of the ED of CP were positive in the group of 60:40, 50:50, while. the associative effects of ED of CP were negative in the group of 20:80 and 70:30. The associative effects of the ED of ADF were positive in the group of 20:80, 60:40 and50:50, the group of 70:30 was negative. The associative effects of the digestibility of the main nutrition ingredient in all the four group were positive. When the Leymus chinensis and corn silage were composed by the proportion of 60:40, the NH3-N density actual value was higher than the estimation value and had the negatie associative effect. But when the Leymus chinensis and corn silage were composed by the proportion of 20:80, 70:30, 50:50, the associative effect were positive. Among all the four proportion, the associative effect of TVFA were positive and the associative effect value in the group of 50:50 was higher than other group( 20:80, 70:30, 60:40). According to the measure of different indicates the associative effects of different proportional Leymus chinensis and corn silage, the results showed that when the proportion was 50:50, the associative effect value was the highest than other groups. In summary, when Leymus chinensis and corn silage were composed by the proportion of 50:50, it was the best proportion in this experiment.
