| Soybean meal and fermented soybean meal were used in this research as disquisitive object. five experimental diets were designed.15% fish meal was used in the first two diets.Then,9% dehulled soybean meal and 9%fermented soybean meal were added respectively in those two diets.In the next two diets,12%fish meal were used ,dehulled soybean meal and fermented soybean meal were added up to 13%.The last diet contained 12% fish meal,6% dehulled soybean meal and 7% fermented soybean meal.Other compositions were similar in these diets. ,Carassius auratus were fed with those five experimental diets in the indoor culture system in order to find out the influence on growth and immunity by using fermented soybean meal,and to determin how much fermented soybean meal can be added into fish diets.The results showed that:(1)As a whole,15% fish meal groups were superior to 12%fish meal groups .9% fermented soybean meal group reached the highest specific growth rate of weight,which was 0.53%/d.And 13% fermented soybean meal group's specific growth rate of weight was lower than 13% dehulled soybean meal group.(2)The feed conversion rate of the 9% fermented soybean meal group was the lowest(3.37),and that of the 6% dehulled soybean meal group ,9% dehulled soybean meal group were in ture.And 13% fermented soybean meal group had the same feed conversion rate as the 13% dehulled soybean meal group.(3)According to the method of digestion in vitro,the digestive abilities of these five group diets were measured by using the intestines of Carassius auratus for the source of enzyme.We found that the fermented soybean meal groups had the better digestive ability than others (4)There were no significant differences between groups on body sharp.However 9% fermented soybean meal group had the lowest bowl/body than others.(5)The analysis indicated that the fish body composition , LSZ activity and SOD activity in different groups were not different significantly.
