The purposes of this study were to analyze the nutritional characteristics of canola meal,Chinese double-low rapeseed meal and soybean meal,comparison of three feed ingredients of nutrients,protein amino acids and CNCPS components,in addition,and the in vitro production gas fermentation model was used to evaluate canola meal,Chinese double-low rapeseed meal and soybean meal and its corresponding whole mixed diet,and finally through the feeding of canola meal,Chinese double-low rapeseed meal and soybean meal as the main protein source of the whole mixed diets to see cow production performance.This experiment provides a more adequate theoretical and practical basis for the utilization of double low rapeseed meal in dairy production.Experiment 1.The total carbohydrate content of Chinese double-low rapeseed meal was the highest,and the content of soybean meal was the lowest(P<0.05);Among the three kinds of raw materials,acid detergent lignin(ADL),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),the highest content of Chinese double-low rapeseed meal,the lowest content of soybean meal(P<0.05);The crude protein(CP)content of soybean meal was 48.84% DM,which was significantly higher than that of canola meal(42.35% DM)and Chinese double-low rapeseed meal(39.10% DM)(P<0.05).The content of neutral detergent insoluble protein(NDICP)and acid detergent insoluble protein(ADICP)in Chinese double-low rapeseed meal were significantly higher than those of soybean meal and canola meal(P<0.05).The non digestible fiber CC of soybean meal was significantly lower than that of Chinese double-low rapeseed meal and canola meal(P<0.05);The soluble fiber CB2 of soybean meal was significantly higher than that of Chinese double-low rapeseed meal and canola meal(P<0.05).The content of PC in the Chinese double-low rapeseed meal was significantly higher than that of soybean meal and canola meal(P<0.05);Medium speed degradable protein PB1 soybean meal the highest,the Chinese double-low rapeseed meal lowest(P<0.05).Experiment 2.The concentrations of pH and NH3-N in the fermented broth of canola meal were lower than those in soybean meal and Chinese double-low rapeseed meal(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the concentration of volatile acid in the fermentation broth of three kinds of feed protein(P>0.05).The effective degradation rate of dry matter(ED)in soybean meal was the highest,while that of Chinese double-low rapeseed meal was the lowest(P<0.05);The effective degradation rate of Chinese double-low rapeseed meal protein was the highest,and the lowest in soybean meal(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in rumen microbial flora in in vitro fermentation broth(P>0.05);The theoretical maximum gas(a+b)of Chinese double-low rapeseed meal was significantly lower than that of soybean meal and canola meal(P<0.05).Experiment 3.Soybean meal and double low rapeseed meal TMR fermentation liquid,p H value,NH3-N concentration,bacterial protein(MCP),acetic acid / propionic acid and volatile acid concentration had no significant difference(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the effective degradation rate of dry matter between soybean meal and double-low rapeseed meal in whole(P>0.05);The dry matter degradability of soybean meal was the highest,and the total mixed diets of Chinese double-low rapeseed meal were the lowest(P<0.05).The effective degradation rate fiber of the whole mixed diets of Chinese double-low rapeseed meal was significantly lower than that of soybean meal mixed diet and canola meal mixed diet(P<0.05);The total degradable fiber content of the whole mixed diets of soybean meal was the highest,and the total mixed diets of Chinese double-low rapeseed meal were the lowest(P<0.05).The protein degradation rate of soybean meal mixed diet was significantly higher than that of canola meal mixed diet and Chinese double-low rapeseed meal mixed diet(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the maximum gas production of the three kinds of whole-mixed diets(P>0.05).Experiment 4.The total milk yield was the highest in the whole mixed diet group fed with canola meal,and the milk yield of the whole mixed diets fed with soybean meal was the lowest(P<0.05).The milk protein content of the mixed soybean meal group was significantly higher than that of the mixed Chinese double-low rapeseed meal mixed diet group and the canola meal mixed diet group(P<0.05);The milk fat percentage of the whole mixed diets fed with Canadian canola double-low meal was significantly lower than that of the whole mixed diet group fed with soybean meal and Chinese double-low rapeseed meal(P<0.05).The milk protein production of the whole mixed diets fed with Chinese double-low rapeseed meal was significantly lower than that of the whole mixed diets fed with soybean meal and fed with canola meal(P<0.05).In summary,From the composition and content of nutrient substances in three protein sources,the difference between in vitro fermentation gas production characteristics and on-site feeding,when canola meal and Chinese double-low rapeseed meal total mixed ration feeding cows,canola meal than Chinese double-low rapeseed meal better.
