It had been researched that the extraction and purification of flavones of three Lespedeza plants which contented a lot of flavones compound(for short flavones) in juncea (L. f.) Pers,Lespedeza bicolor Turcz and Lespedeza davurica(Laxm.) Schindl. It was been used traditional calefaction circumfluence'mathod to research Lespedeza herbage flavones extracting and used macro porous adsorption resin of having industrial value to research Lespedeza herbage flavones purification .The reseach results indicated: Lespedeza plants had the biggest flavones content in ramification time and Lespedeza leaves had gigger flavones content than stem'. Lespedeza bicolor Turcz,Lespedeza juncea (L. f.) Pers and Lespedeza davurica(Laxm.) Schindl'flavones content were apart 5.228%,3.285%,6.583%. Having 4 main factors to effect extraction,they were alcohol thicness,extraction temperature,extraction time and stuff and liquid'ratio,we could get the best extraction conditions: Lespedeza bicolor Turcz were alcohol thickness 40%,extraction temperature 70℃,stuff and liquid'ratio 1:50 and extraction time 3h; Lespedeza hedysaroides(Pall.)Kitag were alcohol thickness 70%,temperature 70℃,stuff and liquid'ratio 1:20 and time 2h; Lespedeza davurica were alcohol thickness 50%,temperature 70℃,stuff and liquid'ratio 1:20 and extracion time 1.5h.
