This study from characteristics of forest breeding , according to the veterinary theory and the,to prepare chinese herbal medicine feed additive, the objective was evaluating the effects of on chickens'performance, immune function,The number of intestinal flora, To explore the optimum dose of Chinese herbs provide the basis for the forest for breeding ,The result as follows:Determinating the Effect of Chinese herbal medicine feed additive on ADG and F/G using conventional methods, the result as follows:theADG,,F/G 1.5%, 2% of Chinese herbal medicine group compared with the control group were significantly increased 11.3%, 10%, 13.2%, 11.7% (p <0.05)。Determinating the effect of chinese herbal medicine feed additive on ALB and TP by using bromocresol green method and biuret ,the result as follows:compared with control group and 0.75 percent of chinese herbal medicine group, the ALB of 1.5%, 2% of chinese herbal medicine group wered increased, but it had no signifieant differenee(P>0.05);the TP of 1.5%, 2% of group of chinese herbs compared with the control group were significantly increased (p <0.05)。Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the effect of chinese herbal medicine feed additive on the Cortisol, the result as follows: the cortisol of 1.5%, 2% of group of chinese herbs compared with the control group were significantly increased (p <0.05)。Immune organ index, colorimetry, end point scattering turbidimetry and RT-PCR was used to determine the effect of chinese herbal medicine feed additive on the immune organs, the Lymphocyte transformation,IgG,IgM,IgA,C3,C4 and IL-2,IFN-γmRNA,the result as follows:the thymus, french capsule and spleen index of 1.5%, 2% of group of chinese herbs compared with the control group were significantly increased (p <0.05);The lymphocyte transformation,IgG,IgM of 1.5%, 2% of group of Chinese herbs compared with the control group were significantly increased (p <0.05);ComPared with control group, the C3,C4,IgA of chinese herbal medicine group wered increased, but It had no signifieant differenee(P>0.05);Theβ-actin mRNA expression of Each group is consistent stability, IL-2 mRNA expression of 1.5 percent and two percent of chinese herbal medicine group, compared with the control group were significantly increased (p<0.05),the IFN-γmRNA expression of Chinese herbal medicine group wered increased, but It had no signifieant differenee(P>0.05)。Determinating the effect of chinese herbal medicine feed additive on the Bacillus coli and salmonella of chicken caecum by using micro-organism method, the result as follows:be treatmented after two weeks, the Bacillus coli and salmonella of Chinese herbal medicine group compared with the control group was no signifieant differenee(p>0.05);be Treatmented after four to six weeks, the Bacillus coli and salmonella of Chinese herbal medicine group compared with the control group was significantly lower(p <0.05)。All above the results indicated, feeding chickens diet with differ dosage Chinese Herb medicine additives could significantly increased performance;Significantly enhance the ability of native chickens anti-stress reaction;Significantly improve the immune function of native chickens and inhibit intestinal pathogenic microbes native chickens。...
