Forty two day old strain Wild Boars with 50% consanguinity were selected in this experiment, the whole experiment period was divided into two parts, one part was pre-experiment which was 7 days and another part was formal experiment which was 83 days. A 2×3 factorial design was used in the experiment. Wild Boars were assigned randomly to three phosphorus levels(0.4%,0.6%,%0.8) reatments and three calcium to phosphorus ratios (1:1,1.25:1,1.5:1) reatments (4 repetitions for each treatment , one pig for each repetition).Growth performance: Phosphorus level and calcium to phosphorus ratio had no significant effect on the consumption of feed, daily gain and the ratio of feed to gain ( P>0. 05).There was no interaction of phosphorus levels and calcium to phosphorus ratio ( P>0. 05).Blood biochemical index: there were obvious differences between the phosphorus level in 0.4% and 0.6% on serum calcium level(P<0.01); there were obvious differences between the phosphorus level in 0.4% and 0.8% on the serum calcium level(P<0.01). Calcium to phosphorus ratio had significant effect on the serum calcium level (P<0.01).There was interaction of phosphorus levels and calcium to phosphorus ratio on serum calcium level (P<0.01).Serum phosphorus level is lowest with phosphorus level 0.4%,and highest with phosphorus level 0.8%, the level of serum phosphorus of the two groups(phosphorus level 0.8% and 0.6%) was significantly greater than the group (phosphorus level is 0.4%)(P<0.01),but there was no obvious difference between the groups (phosphorus level in 0.6% and 0.8%)on serum phosphorus level(P>0.05).In the three groups (calcium to phosphorus ratio 1:1 ,1.25:1, 1.5:1), there were obvious differences between the groups(calcium to phosphorus ratio 1:1 ,1.5:1)on serum phosphorus level(P<0.05),but no obvious difference between the groups( calcium to phosphorus ratio, 1.25:1 and 1:1 ) ( P>0. 05).The interaction of phosphorus and the ratio of calcium to phosphorus had significant effect on the the serum phosphorus level ( P<0. 05). As calcium to phosphorus ratio in diet increases from 1:1 to 1.5:1, There was no significant difference in the activity of serum AKP between the two groups(calcium to phosphorus ratio 1:1 and 1.25:1) ( P >0. 05), also the two groups(calcium to phosphorus ratio 1:1 and 1.5:1 ), and the same to another two groups(calcium to phosphorus ratio 1.25:1 and 1.5:1 ); significant difference was found in the activity of serum AKP between the two groups(0.4% phosphorus level and 0.6% phosphorus level) (P<0.01). As phosphorus level in diet increases from 0.6% to 0.8%, the activity of serum AKP changed very little,no obvious difference( P>0.05).The activity of Small Intestine AKP and Costal Bone AKP: phosphorus level had no significant effects on the the activity of Duodenum AKP ( P>0. 05) ; calcium to phosphorus ratio had no significant effect on the activity of Duodenum AKP ( P>0. 05). Compared with the groups (0.6%, 0.8% phosphorus level), the activity of skeleton AKP with phosphorus level 0.4% was the highest(P<0.01), no significant difference was found in the activity of serum AKP between the two groups (0.6% and 0.8% phosphorus level) (P>0.05),The calcium to phosphorus ratio had no significant effect on the skeleton AKP(P>0.05)Skeleton index: phosphorus level and calcium to phosphorus ratio had no significant effect on the length of the sixth rib (P>0.05), calcium to phosphorus ratio had no significant effect on the fresh weights of the sixth rib (P>0.05),but phosphorus level had significant effects on the fresh weights of the sixth rib(P<0.01). Different phosphorus levels had significant effects on the bone ashes Content of the sixth rib(P<0.01). The Content of bone ashes with calcium to phosphorus ratio 1.5:1 was higher than the groups with calcium to phosphorus ratio 1.25:1 and 1:1,but no no obvious difference ( P>0. 05). Different phosphorus levels and calcium to phosphorus ratios had no significant effects on the bone ashes calcium Content of the sixth rib ( P >0. 05). Different phosphorus level had significant effects on the phosphorus Content of bone ashes(P<0.01). There were obvious differences between the calcium to phosphorus ratio 1:1 and 1.25:1 on the the phosphorus Content of bone ashes of the sixth rib (P<0.01), also obvious differences between 1:1 and 1.5:l(P<0.01), but no obvious difference between the 1.25:1 and 1.5:l(P>0.05). Different phosphorus levels (0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%) and Different calcium to phosphorus ratios(l:1, 1.25:1,1.5:1) had no significant effect on the calcium to phosphorus ratio of bone ashes ( P >0. 05). Meat quality index: phosphorus level and calcium to phosphorus ratio had no significant effect on meat color, water holding capacity (WHC) and muscle marble stripe ( P >0. 05). as calcium to phosphorus ratio raised to 1.5:1 from 1:1, muscle tenderness was decreased , but there was no significant difference to muscle tenderness (P>0.05), there were significant differences between two groups(calcium to phosphorus ratio 1:1 and 1.5:1) for muscle tenderness;Different phosphorus level(0.4%,0.6%,0.8%) had no significant effect on diameter of muscle fiber; as calcium to phosphorus ratio raised to 1.5:1 from 1:1, diameter of muscle fiber decreased significantly(P<0.01).Carcass parameters: phosphorus level and calcium to phosphorus ratio had no significant effect on dressing percentage, lean meat percentage and the eye muscle area (P >0. 05).
