The Information Consultation, Risk Analysis And Monitor System Of Crop Alien Organism

The invasion and spreading of alien organism caused serious economic loss in China. This paper developed the information consultation, risk analysis and monitor system of crop alien organism by using database and program techniques. The system integrated lots of technologies such as information consultation, geo-information system, risk analysis, monitor and website navigation, which could timely provide the detailed information with intelligent decision-making function to distinctly improve the managerial and quarantine efficiency for alien organism.Based on the development platform of C#.NET and visual studio 2005, and on appling object-oriented technology and visual program, the system was established by way of database which contained a lot of data, color pictures and experiment information. Moreover the risk assessment, monitor system and information consultation were integrated into this platform to build an evaluation model with a strong monitor system.The system paid more attention to the biological and ecological analysis for alien organism, and improved the advantage and dependability of risk assessment by using computer model. Based on the knowledge in database, more information could be used for risk analysis. Combined with the expert experience and modern mathematical methods, the scientific index system for evaluating alien organism was found and more logical index was confirmed, which had come into the applied phases.Depending on the database technology, the geo-information system was developed by the platform of C#.NET, which not only avoided using complex software such as MapInfo, but also more free and flexible in function. The more important feature of the system was to mix Geographic information with general information system, which could share the data and play the advantage of GIS in dynamic monitor of invasion, spread and damage for alien organism.By using the web search and database technology, the navigation system of alien organism was established. Storing relevant data into the database, it could achieve rapid location and navigation through database search function, which could find the correlative record according to various key words and show the IP address in the textbox. Using IE. Navigate of C#, the IP address could link to relevant website conveniently, which would change with the record in database. Combined the database query and web navigation technique, the efficiency and function of query were improved.With large quantity of message, many query fashions and offering of multiaspect information service, the system was realized the aim for quickly respond to invasion of alien organism.
