The attacking rate, the spatial distribution pattern of Anoplophora chinensis larva, and the resistance of Betulaceae luminifera from different families to Anoplophora chinensis larva were investigated.Different strains were selected against Anoplophora chinensis in the laboratory, which were used to control Anoplophora chinensis in the forest conditions. The results may provide theoretical basis.Investigation from 2006 to 2007 revealed the attacking rate of Anoplophora chinensis larvae was lower in pure forest than in mixed forest, and there was much difference among different locations.Study on the spatial distribution pattern of Anoplophora chinensis larvae revealed Anoplophora chinensis larvae were conferred to assemble distribution type in the pure Betula spp. Forest. Strictly, they are regional assemble distribution. Because one tree only one larva mostly, they were assemble distribution type only in some region.Investigation on Betulaceae luminifera from different families showed that based on the attacking rate and the growth, cluster analysis revealed that the 13095,the 169 and the 125 belonged to the best families, the resistance of the 137,the 174 and the 114 were no more than the best families, but as good as them in the growth. By comprehensive comparison, the 137, the 174 and the 114 also belonged to better familes. The virulent of different strains against Anoplophora chinensis larvae and adults in the lab at room temperature showed that Metarhizium anisopliae MaYTTR-04 was strongest. By Anoplophora chinensis adults crawling fungal bands, all strains had some efficacy, especially, Metarhizium anisopliae MaYTTR-04 led to the control effect of 100% with 15d, LT50 was 9.36d, cadaver ate was 40.0%, and was better than the other 4 strains. By Anoplophora chinensis larvae immersion method, different strains had much difference control effect. Among them, Metarhizium anisopliae MaYTTR-04 was strongest, LT50 was 8.92d, the adjusted mortality ate was 100%, the cadaver ate was 100%, and was better than the other 4 strains. At room temperature, by spraying Anoplophora chinensis adults under 1×106, 5×106,1×107, 5×107 and 1×108 spore·ml-1, the control effect of Metarhizium anisopliae MaYTTR-04 had much difference. Only it did not exceed 5×107 spore /ml, until the control effect was 100%, LT50 was10.88d-11.75d.The results showed that the virulent of MaYTTR-04 against Anoplophora chinensis adults was stronger only when concentration exceeded 5×107 spore·ml-1 .The time-dose-mortality model of Metarhizium anisopliae MaYTTR-04 against Anoplophora chinensis at room temperature showed the time effect and dose effect extremely were remarkable. There was no significant difference, the model was well fitted. The control effect of Scleroderma guani with Metarhizium anisopliae MaYTTR-04 and Scleroderma guani with MaZPTR-01 were better than separate Scleroderma guani, MaYTTR-04, or MaZPTR-01 at 25±1℃. On the 11th day and the 15th day, the mortality of Scleroderma guani with MaYTTR-04 and Scleroderma guani with MaZPTR-01 reached 100%, LT50 was 7.16d and 7.69d.Through the mensuration of Metarhizium anisopliae spore germination ate on fungal bands in the forest conditions, the results showed that germination ate declined as time gone, but germination ate of better Metarhizium anisopliae still reached 80% within 40 days and reached 40% within 90 days.Fungal bands and pesticide bands against Anoplophora chinensis adults in the forest were circled the tree about 0.4m from ground. Two methods had some efficacy, the average attacking ate before and after fungal bands was 16.69±4.00%, 9.22±3.05%; the average attacking ate before and after pesticide bands was 16.69±4.00%,9.22±3.05%; the average attacking ate of ck was 19.29±0.028%,13.68±4.17%.Fungal bands against Anoplophora chinensis larvae were in the forest circled the gutter drain of larvae, the average adjusted mortality was 79.63±0.08%, which showed that fungal bands against Anoplophora chinensis larvae were better.
