The research was conducted with four experiments to study the effect of exogenous nucleotides monomer and compound on growth performance and antioxidant function in weanling piglets.Therefore,it's theory reference to definitude the nutrition and physiology role of nucleotide in piglets.The result were showed as follows:Pre-Experiment was conducted to study the effect of exogenous nucleotides compound on growth performance and viscera index of weaned mice.160 mice were allotted randomly into four groups,each group had 4 replicates of ten weaned mice.The experimental groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.25%,0.5%and 0.75%nucleotides compound respectively.The experimental period was 14 days.The result indicated that supplemented with 0.25%nucleotides compound remarkably significantly increased body weight of mice on the 7thday and 14th day(P<0.01),average daily gain was increased in the 1stweek and two weeks compared to control group(P<0.01),the group supplemented with 0.25%nucleotide was significant difference higher than control group in liver index,spleen index,thymus index(P<0.05),supplemented with 0.5%,0.75%nucleotide groups had no significant difference with control group(P>0.05).Higher addition of exogenous nucleotides had no benefit for mice,0.25% addition should be recommended.The first experiment was conducted to study the effects of urine 5'monophosphate on growth performance and antioxidant function in weanling pigs.90 piglets weaned at 28thday were allotted randomly into three groups,each group had 3 replicates of 10 piglets.The experimental groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.15%and 0.25%urine 5'monophosphate respectively.The experimental period was 28 days.Growth performance and serum biochemical parameters at 7th,14thand 28thday.The result indicated that compared to control group,there was a trendancy to increase average daily gain,daily feed intake and decrease feed conversion efficiency,diarrhea frequency by 0.25%urine 5'monophosphate supplementation in diet(P>0.05).The SOD activity was significant higher than control group at 7thand 14thday(P<0.01,P<0.05).T-AOC at 14thday and CAT activity at 28thday were signifivantly increased(P<0.05),Content of MDA at 14thday was extremely lower than control group(P<0.01),was lower than supplementation with 0.15%urine 5'monophosphate group(P<0.05).0.25%urine 5'monophosphate addition could increase antioxidant function in weanling pigs,the role was better than 0.15%addition.The second experiment was conducted to study the effects of adenosine 5'monophosphate and guanosine 5'monophosphate on growth performance and antioxidant function in weanling pigs.90 piglets weaned at 28thday were allotted randomly into three groups,each group had 3 replicates of 10 piglets.The experimental groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.03% adenosine 5'monophosphate and guanosine 5'monophosphate respectively.The experimental period was 28 days.The result indicated that compared to control group,there was a trendancy to decrease the SOD activity was significant higher than control group at 14thday(P<0.05).There was on significant difference in other parameters(P>0.05).The third experiment was conducted to study the effects of exogenous nucleotides compound on growth performance and antioxidant function in weanling pigs.90 piglets weaned at 28thday were allotted randomly into three groups,each group had 3 replicates of 10 piglets.The experimental groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.15%and 0.25%exogenous nucleotides compound respectively.The experimental period was 28 days.The result indicated that compared to control group,there was a trendancy to increase average daily gain,daily feed intake and decrease feed conversion efficiency by 0.25%urine 5'monophosphate supplementation in diet(P>0.05),diarrhea frequency was significantly decreased(P<0.05).SOD activity,T-AOC and CAT activity at 14thday were significantly increased(P<0.05),content of MDA at 7thand 14thday were significantly decreased(P<0.05),content of urine nitrogen at 14thday was significantly decreased by 0.15%and 0.25%exogenous nucleotides compound supplementation in diet and total protein content had no significant difference(P>0.05).In conclusion,the role of exogenous nucleotides monomer and compound include:(1)Supplemented with 0.25%nucleotides compound in basal diet could significantly increase growth speed and viscera index of mice,0.5%and 0.75%addition had no affect on mice growth.(2)Supplemented with 0.25%urine 5'monophosphate and nucleotides compound respectively in basal diet had a trendency to increase growth performance and decrease diarrhea frequency,increased antioxidant function in weanling pigs.supplemented with 0.03%adenosine 5'monophosphate and guanosine 5'monophosphate respectively injured antioxidant function in weanling pigs.(3)The function of exogenous nucleotides monomer and compound for growth inducing and antioxidant was effected by addition.
