In recent years, the people's living standards enhanced unceasingly, and consumption quantity of milk, the beef and mutton yearly increase, but in 2007 china drew back the herd also grass 34.6 million hectares (Wen Jiabao, 2008), this causes the high quality grazing the supply and demand contradictory day by day prominent, simultaneously peaple yield a large numble of straw in our country, but the straw's crude fiber structure caused the straw nutritional value to be low.Because of great ability to crude fiber degeneration,the white-rot fungus became hot spot of research by the domestic and foreign recently, and people had already made certain progress under the laboratory condition, but studied little in the practical application. Facing this situation, this topic has done the following aspect research in view of the white-rot fungus : trial 1 research the effect of the composition and source of inoculate carrier on hypha growth, to discuss the feasibility of inoculate carrier; trial 2~4 research the effects of corn stalk granularity and inoculate parameter on straw feeds treated by pheurotus on hypha growth speed, the crude fiber ingredient and degeneration enzyme activity, the dry material (DM) and crude fiber degradability in rumen. As described below.Trial1.the effect of the composition and source of inoculate carrier on hypha growth. There were 4 groups:entire corn,corn shiver(about 4mm), rice husk and wheat bran(1︰1), rice husk and wheat bran (2︰1), the trail was conducted for 35 days. The result showed that:the corn shiver group, hypha to be best, for 11.67 days to be covered with the stalk; the rice husk 2︰1 group, hypha to be weakest, for 17.17 days to be covered with the stalk,Indicated that the grain seed specially the seed without capsule is really suitable for inoculate carrier to make the scale processing straw,but the cost of processing straw was not as inferior as the rice husk inoculate carrier.Trial2. The effect of straw granularity on corn straw feeds treated by Pleurotus ostreatus. There were 3 groups: corn stalk was crushed by muller with mesh1.5cm, 2.5cm, and 3.5cm the trail was conducted for 35 days. The result showed that: P.ostreatus has the characteristics of degradability lignin first; increased the straw granularity the activity of Lac and Lip was lower and the corn straw crude fiber higher.With the extension of the processing time, each group has a crude fiber degradation of the peak by corn stalks granularity from small to large. On the 20th day,cellulose, lignin of 1.5 cm group, 2.5 and 3.5 cm Group,was 24.44%, 28.99%, 30.39% and 11.08%, 10.89%, 10.79%,Take into account processing costs and ruminant nutrition, corn stalk which was crushed by muller with mesh 3.5cm, treated by Pleurotus ostreatus for 20 days was more appropriate for ruminant's roughage.Trial3. The effect of inoculation level on corn straw feeds treated by Pleurotus ostreatus. There were 4 groups: inoculation level of Pleurotus ostreatus was 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%, the trail was conducted for 35 days. The result showed that: compared to the 2.5% group, the days to be covered with the stalk of 5% group, 7.5% group, 10% group, shorter for 1.62d (P<0.01), 1.90d (P<0.01), 3.09d (P<0.01); With the extension of the processing time, each group have crude fiber degradation and the activity of Lac and Lip of the peak by inoculation level from large to small. On the 20th day, 5% group, 7.5% group, 10% group, corn stalk rumen DMD significantly higher than 2.5%group, reached56.71%, 57.17%, 58.98% and 51.32%.Each group corn stalk rumen DMD higher than the beginner, reached 25.89%,39.11%,40.22%,44.66%。In sum, the effect of the 5% group increase corn stalk nutritional value was between 10% group and 2.5% group, and there was no significan with7.5% group.Take into account the cost of processing corn stalk and mycelium metabolism physiological characteristics, 5% ~ 7.5% inoculation level of Pleurotus suitable for processing the corn stalk.Trial4. The effect of inoculation space on corn straw feeds treated by Pleurotus ostreatus. There were 3 groups: corn stalk was put in knit pockets, 13 kg per bag, 60 cm high, grouopⅠinoculate Pleurotus ostreatus 3% per 15cm, grouopⅡinoculate Pleurotus ostreatus 5% per 15cm, grouopⅢinoculate Pleurotus ostreatus 5% per 10cm, the trail was conducted for 35 days. The result showed that: treated by Pleurotus ostreatus, each group crude fiber significantly reduce, rumen DMD, NDFD increased significantly, compared to the antitheses group, disposal groups rumen DMD, CelD higher 36.5%, 38.94%, 44.45% and 25.11%, 33.00%, 29.16%. GroupⅠ~Ⅲ.
