Most crop-residues are rich in polysaccharides and there are a potential source of energy for ruminant feeding. However, their nutritive value is limited because of the poor degradation of polysaccharide degradation in the rumen. Pleurotus Ostreatus have been used to increase the rumen DM degradability and improve nutritive value of these low quality roughages by maximizing the rate of lignin decomposition and breaching cell-wall structure of straw which make cellulose and hemicellulose full exposure and enhance ruminant utilization. It is important significance for settling the strain of roughages resource and saving other feeds resource at the same time.In this work, 4 experiments were included with single-factor. Aim at the problems of corn straw treated, researched the supplementation of nutrient and inoculation ways respectively and evaluation of nutrition value by in sacco digestibility, which besides more scale-up trail. Our purpose try to find out ways of corn straw treated that make for scale production and save cost, which could turn corn straw into high quality feedings. It could provide technical parameter and theoretical basis for further development and utilize.Trait 1. Studied on the effect of different nutrient supplementation on corn straw treated with Pleurotus Ostreatus. There were 6 groups which were added with 3%,8%,13% wheat bran and 5%,10%,15% rice bran individually, the trail were conducted for 30 days. The results showed that increased the supplementation of nutrient, the capaticy of Lacs,LiPs and Cels improved obviously. Corn straw supplemented with 8% and 13% wheat bran, on the 20th day, lignin reduced 28.05% and 30.69% individually, the effect of degradation was remarkable. Rumen DMD improved 37.94% and 40.77%, reached 56.21% and 56.87%, significantly higher than other treatments, and there was no significant difference between those two treatments (P>0.05) . It was concluded that supplementation of 8% wheat bran both can get well composting effect and meet corn straw treated well with Pleurotus Ostreatus, got the best utilization on the 20th day, which was fit for scale production and save material cost. It was significiantly different between the treatment with rice bran and wheat bran in rumen DMD. In production condition, rice bran could not completely take place of wheat bran.Trait 2. Studied on the effect of different inoculation ways on corn straw treated with Pleurotus Ostreatus, divided into 3 treatments, solid, hemisolid, liquid treatments respectively, the trail lasted 30 days. The results showed that, with treat time increasing, lignocellulose had a decreased trend in each treatment, 48h rumen DMD had a growth trend. On the 20th day, the rumen DMD got 59.09% and 59.55%, improved 45.01% and 44.47% between solid and hemisolid treatments, the effect of lignin degradation was distinct, which reduced 31.96% and 33.43% than untreated, and there was no significant difference between those two treatments (P>0.05) . Liquid treatment, on the 30th day, rumen DMD got the peak, improved 39.88% than untreated, significantly different than another two treatments (P<0.01). It was concluded that solid and hemisolid treatments can improve utilization of the corn straw in the lab term. Liquid treatment had a high contamination rate, rumen DMD was significantly lower than another two treatments, it was hard to be used in the practical production. In order to select a inoculation way which had well workability, low cost, easily done, trail 3 used knit pocket scale-up test, there were two groups, solid and hemisolid treatments respectively, the test lasted 20 days. The results showed that corn straw treated with Pleurotus Ostreatus 20 days latter, rumen DMD reached 52.44% and 50.05%, higher than untreated, it was significiantly different between those two treatments (P<0.01). It was concluded that used solid treatments treated corn straw, 20 days latter, could improve the nutritive value of corn straw obviously, enhance ruminant utilization.Trail 4 researched the effect of composting time on corn straw treated with Pleurotus Ostreatus and done the scale-up test with knit pocket, divided into 2 groups, composted 7 days and 10 days, the trail lasted 20 days. The result showed that in the scale-up test, corn straw composted 10 days using solid inoculation way, got well composting effect with Pleurotus Ostreatus treated 20 days, lignocellulose had a decreased trend remarkable, significantly better and different than the other treatment (P<0.01); rumen DMD reached 46.34% and 53.22% respectively in those two groups on the 20th days, higher 13.44% and 31.34% than untreated, significantly different between those two groups (P<0.01).The results displayed that added with 8% wheat bran, composted 10 days, used solid inoculation way, treated with Pleurotus Ostreatus 20 days, could improve corn straw nutritive value and ruminant utilization, save cost and could be extended in the practical production.
