The crop straw resources in China is one of the largest renewable biomass resources, the production of corn straw in China occupies an important position.Plrurotus stigella is the most widely cultivated edible fungus in China, and it has the characteristics of wide source, easy technology and high economic benefit.Using corn straw to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus can not only solve the environment problems caused by corn stalk, but also improve the economic value of corn stalk and provide new materials for the production of Pleurotus ostreatus. The reusing of edible fungus bran to cultivate corn has great practical significance, which is not only make full use of the waste material of edible fungus bran, but also reduce the using of chemical fertilizer and achieve the purpose of soil improvement, besides it is conforming to thedevelopment of agricultural circular economy mode.In this paper,6 strains were selected from domestic Pleurotus ostreatus strains, and corn straw was used as carbon source to compare their ability to decompose cellulose and ligin by means of plate screening and enzyme activity detection. Then the formulation of the cultivation material with different proportion of corn stalk prepared. The optimum formula of Pleurotus ostreatus`s production was screened out. Finally, the fungus chaff was fermented and compost treated, and the organic fertilizer was applied into the pot soil of maize seedlings. We can identify the appropriate fungus chaff fertilizer treatments by analyzing all kinds of growth and biological indicators. The specific test results are as follows:1.6 strains were selected from Pleurotus ostreatus strains(LuZhi 1,Rejuvenation109,Pleurotus ostreatus 2026,Jiangdu 71,Pleurotus ostreatus 2180,Gufeng 8),the difference of degradation ability can be compared by using method the plate screen and enzyme activity detection.(1)the results of the preliminary screening test showed that under the cultivation condition of cellulose as the sole carbon source, the growth situation of Rejuvenation 109,Pleurotus ostreatus 2026,and Jiangdu 71 was superior to that of the other three strains. The study found that the strains concluding Rejuvenation 109,Pleurotus ostreatus 2026 and Jiangdu 71 have founction of the lignin degradation enzyme production, and their ability to produce enzyme is superior to other three Pleurotus ostreatus strains by using Guaiacol plate chromogenic method and the Bavendamm plate chromogenic method.(2)After analyzing the production ofcarboxymethyl cellulase, xylanase and laccase from three strains of Pleurotus ostreatus strains, the results showed that Rejuvenation 109 strains has the advantages of obvious degradation of corn straw.Nine levels of adding the corn straw were set up,it is in contrast with cotton seed shell. The study inspected the growth situation, mushroom yield, commodity properties and the biological conversion rate,Pleurotus ostreatus strains, the test results show that the hyphal growth of Pleurotus ostreatus is the fastest and the time of filling the bottle is the shortest,27 days,in the formula 5(55% cotton seed shell,40% corn stalk,5% wheat bran,1% lime). The physical properties of its fruiting bodies total output were 211.69 g,and the biological rate was 105.36%,which is the second only to control group. In the actual production, using the maize straw to cultivate the Pleurotus ostreatus strains can make full use of agricultural waste resources and reduce the production cost,so formula 5 has a better popularization significance. After proper fermentation and composting of Pleurotus ostreatus bran, the stusy set the pot experiment of maize with 6 fertilizer levels of fungus chaff,CK respectively(0 g/kg),T1(4 g/kg),T2(8 g/kg),T3(12 g/kg),T4(16 g/kg),and T5(20g/kg).Resulta show that application of fertilizer from Pleurotus ostreatus bran can promote the growth of maize in seeding stage, the T3 treatment is on the most significant effect on maize seeding stage growth,in the T3 treatment, the height of maize at seeding stage was 18.0% higher than that of the control group, the dry weight of the aboveground was 23.89% higher than that of the control group.Besides, the T3 treatment on corn seeding stage of ahlorophyll and photosynthrtic rate also have very good promoting effect, chorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate increased significantly in two sampling treatments compared with other treatments.Further test results show that application of fertilizer from Pleurotus ostreatus bran made soil organic matter content, soil electrical conductivity(EC),soil available nutrient content, soil cation exchange capacity(CEC),soil available nutrients and soil nutrients are increased to some extent and has a certain effect on improving soil acidity and alkalinity. After applying applying Pleurotus ostreatus chaff fertilizer, soil pH dropped significant.According to the correlation analyzed between plant height, dry weight of aboveground part, and physical and chemical properies of soil, soil nitrate nitrogen, total nitrogen, available potassium and organic matter content have a significant effect on maize seeding growth. In T3 treatment, soil organic matter, nitrate nitrogen and the content of rapidly-available potassium are among the highest in the whole sampling periods, the organic matter content increased by 65.18% than the control group.Soil total nitrogen and total potassium content in T3 treatment significantly higher than that of contrast,it is no significant difference with T4 and T5 progressing and it shows that three fertilizer levels on the content of total nitrogen and total potassium in soil had no significance, but the T4 and T5 processing need to use more bacterial chaff fertilizers, the study determine the T3 treatment is the best fertilizer levels, from the point of view of economic benefit analysis, the amount of fertilizer applied to Pleurotus strigella bran per kilogram of soil is 12 g.
