Effect Of Cysteamine Hydrochloride On Common Carp Production Performance And Blood Biochemical Indices

The experiment was conducted to study the effects Of different doses Of cysteamine on production performance,body muscle composition,internal organ,digestive enzyme and serum biochemical indices of Common Carp.A total of 300s(15±0.2g)Common Carp were randomly allotted to five treatments with three replications.Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤfeeding diets with added Cysteamine hydrochloride(CSH)0,200,400,800 and 1200mg/kg respectively for 35 days.The results showed as fellows:1.Added cysteamine into base dietary can improve Production Performance.In contrast to control, the treatmentsⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴweight gain raised by 9.17%(p＜0.01),12.25%(p＜0.01),13.06%(p＜0.01),2.71%(P＜0.01).ButⅤ(1200mg/kg)weight gain are raised 11.69%(P＜0.01)and 5.28%(P＜0.01)in first and 4-5 week;the other groups in other weeks weight gain are aslo improved(P＜0.01).Added suitable cysteamine can improve food intake.In contrast to control,the treatmentsⅡ-Ⅴfood intake raised by 4.62%(P＜0.01),2.57%(P＜0.01),4.36%(P＜0.01),butⅤraised by 1.53%,with no difference;but in first week all treatments food intake raised,In contrast to control,the treatmentsⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴraised by 0.86%,4.98%,4.12%,13.55%(P＜0.05).And F/G the treatmentsⅡ-Ⅴin contrast to control decreased by 4.43%(P＜0.01),8.85%(P＜0.01),7.91%(P＜0.01),andⅤdecreased by 1.33%,with no difference.2.Research showed that suitable CSH could improve serum GH content,but high dose decreased it. Compared with control the serum GH content ofⅡ-Ⅴraised by 30.39%,27.21%,78.09%(p＜0.01)and 38.52%.3.The treatment groups could elevate Superoxide dismutase(SOD),total protein(TP),Albumen,AKP,ACP,and decreased MDA,among the best of the group with 800mg/kg CSH.Compared with control the activity of SOD ofⅣraised by 85.33%(p＜0.01);and MDA decreased by 41.46%(p＜0.01). The TP rasied highest isⅣ,Compared with control rasied by 102.40%(P＜0.01);and Albumen the best treatment isⅢ,in contrast to control it improve 39.18%(p＜0.01).The indexs of GOT GPT indicate that add high dose CSH for long times it can injury internal organ.4.It showed that CSH could enhance enzyme activity,and the best treatment isⅣ.The activity of amylase,lipase,protease raised by 195.15%(p＜0.01),94.63%(p＜0.01),10.53%(p＜0.01)compared with control.Compared betweenⅤandⅣ,amylase,lipase,protease activity of treatmentⅤare all decreased, decreased by 37.29%(p＜0.01),36.78%(p＜0.01)and 18.57%(p＜0.01).5.It showed that 0-800mg/kg CSH could stimulate intestinal tract development,but high dose 1200mg/kg repress it.In contrast to control the intestinal fluff reductus hihgt decreased by 9.96% (19＜0.01),19.44%(p＜0.01),24.84%(p＜0.01).6.The results of the analyse of body muscle composition showed that CSH could improve the content of protein,and decreased fat,but without difference of moisture.In contrast to contral,the protein content of treatmentⅡ-Ⅴare improved 2.66%,2.24%,3.99%(p＜0.01)and 6.65%(p＜0.01);crude fat are raised 15.58%(p＜0.01),17.75%(p＜0.01),17.32%(p＜0.01)and 20.78%(p＜0.01).In a word the best content of CSH added on Common Carp is 800mg/kg.
