This experiment researches the rules of major flora' change in the healthy baby pigs' intestinal tract in the spring, summer, fall, winter and among them. The result is that the major flora in the baby pigs' intestinal tract has the Bacillus Coil, the Bacillus Acidi Lactici, the Aerobe, and the Facultative Anaerobe. Through studying the flora in the baby pigs' intestinal tract, we find that, the Bacillus Coil , the Aerobe, and theFacultative Anaerobe have not fluctuated obviously in different seasons. In the spring, the Bacillus Coil's number maintains between 7.6×10~6cfu/g-2.6×10~7cfu/g, and the Aerobe, Facultative Anaerobe's number maintains between 3.2×10~7cfu/g-1.5×10~8cfu/g; in the summer, it maintains between 5.9×10~7cfu/g-1.4×10~8cfu/g and1.3×10~8 cfu/g - 8.4×10~8 cfu/g; in the fall and winter, it maintains between 6.7×10~7cfu/g-1.2×10~8cfu/g and 2.8×10~8cfu/g-1.6×10~9cfu/g. Bacillus Acidi Lactici is the flora which has great change, and its number fluctuates obviously in different times. In the spring, summer, fall and winter, the number of the bacterial is between 1.7×10~6cfu/g-2.3×10~8cfu/g, 2.8×10~5cfu/g-3.8×10~7cfu/g and 3.2×10~5cfu/g -1.1×10~8 cfu/g. The highest number is 2.3×10~8cfu/g, and it happens in the spring. The lowest number is 2.8×10~5cfu/g which happens in the summer. The difference between them is 10~3 cfu/g.Through studying the Bacillus Subtilis KC-01's bionomics which is separated and preserved in our lab, we find that, KC-01 can produce the enzymes which can resolve protein, starch, and adipic. The experiment of Bacillus acidophilus RS-09 and the Bacillus Subtilis KC-01's keeping time indicates that, when the temperature is the 4℃and perserved away from light, the Bacillus acidophilus's utility keeping time is 120 days, and the Bacillus Subtilis is 180 days.This experiment use the probiotics preparation which is researched in our lab to feed the baby pig, in order to study the influence of the probiotics on baby pig's weight increasing, on improving baby pig's diarrhea, on accommodating the flora, on advancing baby pig's immune function, and on the growth of the baby pig's intestine mucosa. The result indicats, when we feed the baby pig probiotics preparation in 10 days continuously, the test group's growth rate has raised 8.83% than control group, and the diarrhea rate has cut down 33.4%;the Bacillus Acidi Lactici's number stabilized between 1.0×10~8-6.0×10~8cfu/g, and the number of Bacillus Coil in the feces has a little decrease; the proliferative response of T lymphocyte conversion ratio is obvious higher than control group in the 5-20 days after immuning(p<0.05), and immune response time is earlier 2 days than control group, the antibody's level also higher than control group; the number of Bacillus Acidi Lactici in intestinal tract's raise much more than control test, and IgA's content increases 31.8% compare with control test, and the intestinal villi's growth is much better than control test.
