Jining Grey goats(130) comes from ShanDong provice,Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats(50) comes from Inner Mongolia,Boer goats(30) comes from AnHui provice, Angora goats(40) comes from ShanXi provice,Liaoning Cashmere goats(30) comes from LiaoNing provice and Wendeng Dairy goars(30) comes from BeiJing are studied as experimental material,Polymorphisms of Gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor (GnRHR) gene,Bone morphogenetic protein6(BMP6) gene and Bone morphogenetic protein15(BMP15) gene are studied,The polymorphism of exon 1 to exon 3 of GnRHR gene and part sequence of exon 5 to exon 7 of BMP6 gene in Jining Grey goats,Angora goats,Boer goats and Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats are analyzed by PCR-SSCP.The polymorphism of exon 2 of BMP15 gene in Jining Grey goats,Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats,Boer goats,Angora goats,Liaoning Cashmere goats and Wendeng Dairy goars are analyzed by PCR-SSCP.We attempt to find the link of high productivity and those candidate genes,to provide some scientific evidence for our country's basic genetic research on high productivity of Jining Grey goats.The results are as the following: There are three genotypes(AA,AB and BB)detected by primer 4 of exon 1 in GnRHR gene of three goat breeds(Jining Grey goats,Boer and Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats), but there are two genotypes(AA and AB)detected by primer 4 ofexon 1 in GnRHR gene of Angora goats,not detected BB genotype.In Jining Grey goat,frequency of AA,AB and BB genotypes was 0.623,0.300 and 0.077,respectively.The Jining Grey ewes with mutant homozygous genotype BB had 0.69(P<0.05) and 0.82(P<0.05) lambs more than those with heterozygous type AB and wild type AA.respectively.The difference of the least squares means(LSM) for litter size between AA and AB was non-significant(P>0.05) in Jining Grey goats.Sequencing revealed one mutation(+698G→A) of exon 1 in genotype BB compared with genotype AA,which not gave rise to amino acid changes.According to the Equilibirum analysis of Hardy-Weinberg for GnRHR gene in four goat breeds,the result ofχ~2 value of primer 4 respectively are 2.2011(Jining Grey goats),0.000(Boer goats),0.000(Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats),1.8981(Angora goats).The results indicated that the four goat breeds were kept in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05).The study,the one can enrich the molecule genetics base of GnRHR,BMP6 and BMP15,and the other can provide a new way to explore the candidate gene of goat's reproduce.
