| With the majority of stakeholder's concern and Commitment about food production,Food Safety and Quality and Sustainable development of agricultural environment,the concept of Good Agricultural Practices came into being and continue to deepen and expand.So far GAP is widly used in the world,but in the tea fields of development is still in its infancy.This paper make reference of GLOBAL GAP(by European Retailers Association),Australia Freshcare,ChinaGAP-TEA,China Tea GAP Technical Specifications and consider of China's own conditions of China has variety of tea and China's Tea enterprises generally smaller,the results are as follows:1,Developed the draft of the Good Agricultural Practices of Tea(TeaGAP)which based on GLOBAL GAP Control Points and Compliance Criteria Tea(Version 1.0—Mar-06),Freshcare Code of Practice(2nd Edition—October-2004),Good agricultural practice Part 12:Tea control points and compliance criteria and also depend on the actual situation of China's tea production.2,Research and establish Good Agriculture Practice of Tea(TeaGAP).TeaGAP refers to site selection,tea planting,chemicals management,picking fresh leaves,processing,packing, transport and so on.TeaGAP including 3 parts 20 items,they are:management,chemicals and tea product.Management contains 5 items 21 contents,chemicals contains 3 items 14contents 3,tea product contains 14 items 21 contents 42.Achieve traceability from farmland to table.According.A series of relevant information such as tea garden situations,farming operation,picking fresh leaves,processing,can be got though these tables,Chemicals conditions such as Pesticide and fertilizer,transport and storage of packaging.3,Established the verification programme of TeaGAP and respectively validated in two tea companys,which are AnXi Tea of BaMa co.,LTD,Fujian and Zhuji Tea of Lvjian co.,LTD, Zhejiang,and make analysis of the result.(1)After implementing TeaGAP,the Pb contents in the tea of the two companies were decreased by 9.6%and 103.6%,the total number of colonies was decreased by 135.7%and 76%,respectively.Pesticides residue in tea in one company was even undetectable after the implementation of TeaGAP.(2)Improving the standards of employee health and welfare.After implementing TeaGAP,30%of employee in two companys improved the housing conditions,40%of them thought the food situation is improved,20%of them had the employment injury insurance.Further more,two companys increase new welfare itens based in specific conditions.(3)Enterprises got better economic efficiency.The output value export products and domestic products of Oolong tea had a increased of 58.8%and the Green tea had a increase of 10.9%.(4)Have a better environmental benefits.The number of stocks and natural enemies in tea gardens got varying degrees of increasing,and the phenomenon of pests and diseases damage significantly reduced.(5)Have a better social benefits.Enhance the quality of employees and expand enterprises's influence on international and domestic,have long-term comprehensive development benefits on tea company,have imperceptibly influence on surrounding tea farmers to lead them produce health and safety tea. |
