Preliminary Study On The Occurrence And Control Of Liriomyza Sativae Blanchard In Jilin District

The individual of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard(LSB) is small, and it has strong reproductive capacity, ecosystem adaptation, wide routes of transmission and spreads quickly,which makes it to be a considerable pest of international quarantine. Liriomyza sativae Blanchard was listed as the internal quarantine pests in 1994 in our country,and in 1995 it was augmented as the pests of imported plant quarantine of country.There have been lost two hundred millions RMB in the industries of vegetables and flowers every year by the Liriomyza sativae Blanchard jeopardizing in Jilin city. The study on the prevention and cure of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard was important, which directly influence on the economy of Jilin district.This article studied on the proceeding situation about Liriomyza sativae Blanchard in Jilin region by using the vegetables, flowers horticultural plants and so on. By wide-bound sampling and combining field trial with indoor experiment, We found that Liriomyza sativae Blanchard grow in Jilin district which parasitize the host plants include 16 families and 64 species . Among these plants, the delight of pest mainly is Cruciferae family, Compositae family, Pulse family, Fructus family, Solanaceae family and so on. By observing the fixed-point and field crops, we found that Liriomyza sativae Blanchard happened 8 generations every year in natural condition and 11 generations every year in greenhouse, and it overlapped from generation to generation.By combining with investigation and experiment, we identified the system of prevention and cure of LSB in Jilin districts. We learned the host plants of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard, and yellow slab to cure the LSB. By the field experiment, screening 75% Cyromazine WP 2000×, 24.5% abamectin diesel oil EC2500×, 20% Imidacloprid WP2500×, 10% Imidacloprid WP1000×, used in the early days of larva harming, the effect of prevention and cure is above 77% in 3-7 days.In order to control the Liriomyza sativae Blanchard effectively, the main policy of protection was prophylaxis and integrating manipulation. Based on the quarantining strictly, agricultural policy can be used for prevetion. Then, natural enemy and yellow slab should also be protected and used sufficiently. Also, pesticide utilization technique should be enhanced. In brief, it is important to establish and consummate the system of prevention and cure the Liriomyza sativae Blanchard.
