Effect On Yield And Quality Of Clitocybe Maxima Cultivated With C/N Ratio Of Chamaecrista Nictitans Forage

Choosing different C/N ratio C.nictitans cv. Minyin multiple forage to cultivate Clitocybe maxima, and the test result showed that different C/N ratio nourishments to cultivate Clitocybe maxima had a certain effect. C/N ratio not only affected the qualities of Clitocybe maxima fruit bodies, but also had an impact to decomposed and absorb various nutrition of nourishments. Separately applied six protein nutrition assessment methods to the comprehensive evaluation of different nutritive values of Clitocybe maxima fruit bodies which cultivated with different C/N ratio nourishments, the main result were summarized as follows:1. Mycelium of Clitocybe maxima which cultivated in treatment C was the highest, Mycelium of daily pace was 0. 4955cm, increased by 1. 55%, 3. 81%, 4. 48%, 9. 01%, 9. 06% and 11. 22% than those of treatment A, treatment G, treatment B, treatment F, treatment E and treatment D respectively. Analyzing from yield and agronomic character, the gross yield of treatment D was the most, and the yield was 195. 9g, the biologic efficiency was 78. 36%, but the aspect of agronomic character shows only middling level.2. As qualities to say, diversified amino acid content (Asp, Thr, Glu, Gly, Val, Ile, Leu, Lys, His, Arg, Pro) and amino acid which cultivated in treatment A1 gross were the highest in the first tide fruit bodies of Clitocybe maxima, but had not remarkable difference compared with the content of Val,Ile,Leu in the fruit bodies of Clitocybe maxima which cultivated in treatment D1, and the Ala,Lys,Met and Tys were also the highest, which were 0.1742%,0.0302%, 0.1767%, 0.0814% respectively. Amino acid gross, the gross of delicious amino acid, sweet amino acid, branched chain amino acid, aromatic amino acid, children amino acid ,B5, B1,B6 of the fruit bodies which cultivated in treatment A1 were all the highest. In addition, the gross of sulphur amino acid, essential amino acid, Vc, folacin were the highest, which were 0. 3416%, 1. 2510%, 157216ug and 828. 96ug. In the second tide fruit bodies of Clitocybe maxima, the other content of amino acid(Asp, Thr, Ser, Glu, Gly, Ala, Lys, Val, Ile, Leu, Tys, Phe, Lys, His, Arg, Pro), amino acid gross of the fruit bodies of Clitocybe maxima which cultivated in treatment A2 were all the highest, but had no distinct difference compared with treatment D2 and treatment C2 in the content of Thr, Ser, Pro, Arg and His; The gross of B5, B1 were the tallest which cultivated in treatment A2, which were 2457. 69ug, 237ug, and the second was treatment D2, which were 2400ug and 225. lug, the gross of Met, sulphur amino acid, B6 of the fruit bodies which cultured in treatment D2 were the highest, which were 0. 2556%, 0. 1884% and 104706ug respectively.3. The nutritional value of the fruiting bodies of Clitocybe maxima was assessed. The study showed that the proteins were the highest of composts B1 and C1 of the first tide of all treatments, than A1,G1,F1,D1,E1 in turn . In the second phase , A2 first, C2 second, then B2,G2,D2,F2,E2 in turn.4. The study showed that, to the conversion of dry material, D treatment was the highest in the first and second phases, were 21. 20%, 20. 90%, separately. To nitrogen conversion , in the first phase, E was highest then D, F, and were 21.20%,20.90%,20.50%; in the second phase, G was highest then D,F, and were 18.27%,15.76%,15. 03%. To carbon conversion, in the first phase, it increased with the increasing of C/N ratio, D treatment were the highest, 6. 28% and 4. 33% in the first and second phase, separately.5. After the first tide, the weight loss increased with the increasing of the C/N ratio and treatment F was the highest, 18.27%,15.76% and 15.03%, separately. The respiration consuming also increased with the increasing of the C/N ratio. After the second tide, the relationship between the weight loss and the C/N ratio was linear, and the weight loss increased with the increasing of the C/N ratio showed the similar rule; but the weight loss increased with the increasing of the C/N ratio, while the weight loss reduced.6. In experiments, using cultivation materials with different C/N, during the first tide, the relationship between the rates of lignin transformation and different C/N was linear, that was, when the C/N raised, the rates of lignin transformation also raised; While the relationships between the rates of fibrin and hemicelluloses transformation and different C/N was anti-parabola, and D had the highest transformation rates, 65. 61% and 60. 49%. During the second tide, the relationship between the rates of lignin transformation and different C/N was also linear; Lignin showed the same relationships to the first tide. D also had the highest transformation rates, 71.19% .But it was not distinct(R=0.8449). In contrast, the relationship between the rates of hemicelluloses transformation and different C/N was parabola, but it was not distinct either.A treatment was the best in nutrient value but yield was less, the yield of D treatment was the highest and dry material conversion, the conversion ratios of nitrogen, carbon, lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose were better than A treatment. The C/N ratio of A treatment were 25:1 and D treatment were 40:1, the compost of D treatment was easier to prepare than A treatment in actual production and saved the material cost and the yield of Clitocybe maxima were the highest, but its quality is worse than A treatment, the multiple nursing prescription of Chamaecrasta nictitans of D treatment were more suitable for actual production than which of A treatment in input-output ratio.
