The Research On Optimum Culture Of Mycelial And Semi-uncultivated Techniques Of Clitocybe Maxima

In recent years the industry of edible fungi is a sunrise industry that is quickly developing in our country,and it is an efficient eco-agriculture industry that is promoting socialist new rural area construction. Clitocybe maxima contains various essential amino acids. Clitocybe maxima grows in summer and autumn,it is better to be semi-uncultivated in seasons that is warm. The semi-uncultivated optimization cultivation medium formula of the mycelial growth of Clitocybe maxima was studied. The mycelial growth of Clitocybe maxima adapted to semi-uncultivated, the mycelial cultured cycles became shorter by using optimum culture medium formula.After using optimum culture medium formula, the method of semi-uncultivated was initially studied and explored.The results of experiments showed that:(1) the optimization medium formula of the mother seed:potatoes 15%, bran 5%, glucose 2.0%,agar 2.0%, KH2PO4 0.2%,MgSO4 0.1%,vitamin B1 0.01%,maceration extract of humus 10%,triacontanol 1.5mg/L, ZnSO4 0.03g/L,FeSO4 0.02g/L, MnCl2 0.03g/L. (2) the optimization liquid medium formula: potatoes 20%, glucose 0.1%, bromn sugar0.1%, yeast powder 0.25%, bran 3%, KH2PO4 0.2%, MgSO4 0.1%, vitamin B1 1g/L maceration extract of humus 15%,triacontanol 1mg/L,ZnSO40.03g/L,FeSO40.02g/L, MnCl20.03g/L. (3) the optimization cultivation medium formula:sawdust 29%,cotton seed hull 29%, humus 20%,bran 20%,glucose 1%,quick lime 1%.By initially comparing three methods of Semi-uncultivated,the method of Semi-uncultivated buried mushroom bags can be the method of Semi-uncultivated production.
