Ancient tree was the survivor came down from nature during hundreds or thousands years, no matter it was left over naturally or planted by progenitor.Ancient tree had extraordinary significance to human being.The reserve of ancient trees was a big wealth for human society.But the premature senility or death of ancient trees had became more and more serious.The major reason of premature senility or death of ancient tree was artificial destruction,poor growth environment and soil nutrition. This experiment applying Cinnamomum camphora L. as experimental mater,investigated growth environment,tree vigor,tree age,plant height,diameter,crown diameter,determined the leaf nutrition element content and the soil nutrient content,using the method of leaf nutrition analysis and soil nutrition analysis,analyzing the correlation among various nutritive elements,the relations between growth environment and the tree vigor.Using injecting fertilization to rejuvenation ancient camphor tree after nutrition diagnosis, analyzing the application effect of different nutrient liquid.The result showed:1. A majority of the coefficient of variation of ancient camphor tree nutrition element content in leaves was higher, The results shoed wthat the coefficient of variation of recyclable nutrition element is higher than unrecyclable nutrition element.The content of N,P,K in ancient camphor tree leaves was lower than adult camphor trees.2. All the coefficient of variation of ancient camphor tree nutrition element in soil was higher than 10%, AB,EMg is higher than 100%. Most of the ancient camphor tree nutrition element content in soil is lower than adult camphor trees.3. There were interact among most various nutrient elements in ancient camphor tree leaves,The content of Mg was significantly positive correlated with the content of N, There was promotion relation between them,The correlation was not significant between K and Cu,K and Zn, B and Mn.4. Among various nutrient elements in ancient camphor tree soils,There was promotion relation between N and AN, There was no correlation between P and AP, An negative correlation was observed between K and AK;The OM positively correlated with the most other nutrition, It showed that the OM can promote the most available nutrition; The ECa was negative correlated with the most other nutrition.5. Among various nutrient elements in ancient camphor tree leaves and soils, The content of EMg and ACu in soils were negative correlation with the content of Mg and Cu in leaves, there were positive correlation among the other nutrient elements, this showed that the shortage of the Mg and Cu in leaves was effected by other reasons such as soil aeration,soil compaction,etc,but the shortage of other nutrient elements in leaves is because that there were low available nutrient elements in soils.6. Poor soil aeration,high soil moisture,soil compaction leaded to the decrease of tree vigor and nutrient elements content in leaves of ancient camphor tree and adult camphor tree,and the growth environment's deterioration had a more effect on ancient camphor tree than adult camphor tree.7. N,P,K,Mg could be transported form the good side to the poor side in the plant when one side of ancient camphor tree's soil environment had been destroyed,It make the content of N,P,K,Mg inside ancient camphor tree keep a balance and was a way of ancient camphor tree adapting to bad growth environment. There was important correlation between the content of unrecyclable nutrition element and the tree vigor of ancient camphor tree's different side in the condition of recyclable nutrien element keep a balance in ancient camphor tree.8.Adult camphor tree could adapt to the growth environment and kept well tree vigor if it was transplanted as young tree in poor growth environment,But the biomass of upper part lower than the adult camphor tree living in good growth environment.9.Tentatively proposed the optimum of the nutrition element contents in ancient camphor tree leaf.Most of nutrition element contents of ancient camphor tree with weak tree vigor was deficient and some nutrition element contents of ancient camphor tree with good tree vigor was deficient after compared with standard.10.Using injecting fertilization to formula fertilization, the results showed that the nutrient element content in leaves of ancient camphor tree could be effectively improved with both nutrient liquid in a short time,the nutrient liquid showed better application effect which was prepared on the base of nutrient diagnosis.
