Ancient Tea Tree Resources In Lincang Based On GIS Research On Protection,Development And Utilization

Lincang City is one of the regions with the largest area of cultivated ancient tea trees and wild ancient tea tree communities in Yunnan Province.Its unique climate,terrain,soil,water source and other natural geographical environments have given ancient tea trees superior growth conditions.The production of ancient tea has also become an important economic industry in Lincang City.In recent years,a large number of tea enterprises and tea farmers have been pursuing high profits and disorderly development of ancient tea tree resources.The government has not paid enough attention to the protection,development and utilization of ancient tea tree resources,resulting in serious damage and pollution to the original environment of ancient tea trees in Lincang City.The quality of ancient tea tree germplasm resources has seriously declined,and the cultural connotation is seriously missing in the development of ancient tea industry,which has affected the sustainable development of ancient tea tree resources.This study believes that,as an important cultural heritage,the protection,development and utilization of ancient tea trees should be highly valued.It is necessary to systematically analyze the living environment of ancient tea trees in Lincang City,the current habitat stress of ancient tea trees in Lincang City and the development status of ancient tea industry,and on this basis,propose targeted and scientific protection,development and utilization measures.Based on the theory of sustainable development,the theory of natural resources and economic development,and the value theory of natural resources,this paper adopts the field research,literature research,data analysis,and ArcGIS technology analysis method to conduct a systematic analysis on the protection,development and utilization of ancient tea tree resources in Lincang City by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.The study found:First,the climate of Lincang is mild and humid,and the soil organic matter content is high,which is very suitable for the growth of ancient tea tree.The land area of Lincang is about 24,000 km2,accounting for 73%of the total land area of the city,which is suitable for the growth of ancient tea tree and the construction of ancient tea garden.The most suitable areas for the growth of ancient tea tree are Yun County and Fengqing County of Lincang.It is followed by Shuangjiang County and Gengma County located in the south of Lincang City.Secondly,under the influence of natural factors such as large topography fluctuation,unstable precipitation and social and economic factors such as soil pollution,construction land expansion and capital investment in Lincang,the growth of ancient tea tree was seriously stressed with a wide area and uneven distribution.The area of moderate stress and severe stress was as high as 3,469.72 km2,accounting for 12.3%of the land area of Lincang.;Third,the development of ancient tea industry in Lincang faces great difficulties due to the chaos of ancient tea market,lack of excavation of ancient tea culture,blocked traffic and lagging opening to the outside world.Therefore,based on the above problems,in the process of protecting ancient tea tree resources,Lincang City should not only pay attention to the protection and restoration of the original environment of ancient tea tree,but also pay attention to the research of germplasm resources and the deep excavation of ancient tea culture.In the process of exploitation and utilization of ancient tea tree resources,we should not only establish a sound guarantee system,but also pay attention to brand building and industrial system construction.
