Summary:This study in order to cuter the demand of maize productivity in GuiZhou,we must make a clear orientation,utilize molecule-mark to classify different groups,and erect advantageous hybrid models reciprocally.According to the origin of self-hybrids and the outcome of groups classification,we did a series of study,including hybridization,filtration,contrast and region tests,seeds' identification and so on.The consequences indicate SSR-tech on the study of genetic diversity of self-hybrids that carry out a elementary classification of hybrid-superiority groups.The screening of the 60 random primers allowed the selection of 37 polymorphic primers used for the analysis. A total of 128 polymorphic bands were produced from the 37 selected primers,2-6 alleles each primer,average at 3.48 alleles each primer.The average poly-peptide information is 0.506,genetic similarity functions range from 0.476 to 0.876 and average at 0.607 in 33 self-hybrids.According to the UPGMA analysis that the self-hybrids can be classified 6 groups.The hybridized orientation:filtered PH-3(GN318) come from cross-hybrids,then did a series of relevant test,including contrast test,region test and final identification.We applied the design of Zhenjiao-return and Revolve-combination of Three dimensions and two times to study ON318,which the relation during yields,period,growing density, fertilizer quantity(N,P,K),we established a mathematical model between its factors and yields:Y=34.187+1.639X1+3.051X2+2.736X3—0.975X1X2 +1.025X1X3+0.975X2X3—0.0297X12—1.039X22—0.060X32 From the consequence,we know the optimized scheme of GN318's sowing period,growing density and fertilizer quantity,i.e.its growing density is 3.97thousand/666.7m2,the pure N's rate is 42Kg/hm2(urea,46%),and the sowing period is 4mon/26d.The relevance that among GN318's yields with the its influent factors is a Return model:N's quantity>sowing density>K's quantity>P's quantity.
