The research mainly divides into two parts: First, the effect of tobacco usability was studied through exerting different kinds chemical additive on the partial domestically upper leaf that was taken after the loose resurgence working procedure in cigarette factory ; Second, the influence of tobacco quality was studied through exerting different kinds chemical additive on the 2006th year partial domestically leaf that was taken after the working procedure of stem and leaf separation in threshing and redrying factory.In cigarette factory experiment aspect:the quality of partial domestically Flue-cured tobacco B3F rank leaf has been changed through exerting different kinds additive.,exerting the clear water is taken the comparison.The results indicated that:â‘ The starch and the protein content of tobacco leaf samples that were exerted enzyme and exerted mix preparation (enzyme and strips) has obvious drop , the starch and the protein content of tobacco leaf samples that were cased strips has not obvious change.The total sugar,reductive sugar,ratio of reductive sugar versus nicotine and ratio of reductive sugar versus total nitrogen of exerting mix preparation , adding enzyme and casing strips are all increased,the increasing ranges of exerting mix preparation and adding enzyme are larger than casing strips.â‘¡Casing could decrease irritancy and improve aftertaste.Physiological strength and offensive odor could be decreased,smoke quality could be for the better and smoke quantity could be increased through adding enzyme .The smoking quality of exerting mix preparation is the best.â‘¢The change of aromo components of exerting mix preparation,exerting enzyme and casing strips was parallel with the change of smoking quality.â‘£The content of TPM ,nicotin,tar ,CO has reduced through exerting different kinds additive,the decline rate of exerting mix preparation was the biggest.Some tobacco leaf samples, for example,JIAXIAN03B3F,ZHAOTONG02B3F,the content's decline rate of TPM ,nicotin,tar , that were exerted enzyme was higher than that of being cased strips; some tobacco leaf samples, for example,SANMING03B3F,BIJIE04B3F,the content's decline rate of TPM ,nicotin,tar ,that were exerted enzyme was lower than that of being cased strips. Regarding CO's content,which has varying degree reduction through exerting the different kinds additive,generally speaking ,the CO's content presents the rule of exerting mix preparation processing < exerting enzyme processing < exerting strips processing < the comparison .In threshing and redrying factory experiment aspect: some domestically Flue-cured tobacco leafs were exerted different kinds additive after processing of stem-of-leaf separation and were redried. The test results indicated that exerting additive could make the inherent composition of tobacco leaf tend towards the balance, quality was improved. In genaral ,the effect of exerting mix preparation is the best.In security aspect, the harmful substance has varying degree reduction through exerting the different kinds additive ,the decline rate of exerting mix preparation is the largest. some tobacco leaf samples, for example,BIJIE B3F,ZHAOTONG C4F,the content's decline rate of TPM , nicotin,tar , that were exerted enzyme was higher than that of being cased strips; some tobacco leaf samples, for example,WULONG X2F,BAOFENG C3F,the content's decline rate of TPM , nicotin,tar, that were exerted enzyme was lower than that of being cased strips. Regarding CO's content that has varying degree reduction through exerting the different kinds additive, but the decline rate is small,which effect was inferior than that of cigarette factory's experiment.The quality of tabacco leaf has the varying degree improvement and the security has been enhanced through exerting different kinds additive, the result presents the similar regularity in cigarette factory and threshing and redrying factory. The quality of tobacco leaf sample that being exerted different kinds additive was better than the comparison, the effect of being exerted mix preparation is the best.
