These tests used the Histology Technology,the Histochemistry Technology,the Electronic Microscope Technology to observed the histochemistry structure,changes of glycogen and lipid droplet content and ultrastructure feature in various stages of Somatic Cell Cloning Early Embryos of Yanbian Yellow cattle.The results showed that:1.Lipid droplet and glycogen were increasing from 2-cell to 8-cell,while from mulberry to blastula stage are reducing in Somatic Cell Cloning Early Embryos of Yanbian Yellow cattle,The changes of glycogen from 2-cell to blastula stage were reducing in their zona pellucida.2.Somatic Cell Cloning Early Embryos of Yanbian Yellow cattle cell connected to the microvillus mainly in 4-cell,while in 8-cell villus and interspace mainly,mulberry and blastula stage embryos to connected the bridge linking,the middle and close connection principally.3.In various stages of Yanbian Yellow cattle somatic cell clone early embryos had the mitochondrion,lipid droplets,and vacuoles.4.The factors that the small number of mitochondrial,lipid droplets gather,blastomere vacuolization and cell junction didn't connect closely woked together in somatic cell cloning early embryos cells of Yanbian Yellow cattle was the main reason of somatic cell clone early embryo development block.The results of this study provide a morphology theory of science for setting up and improving the vitro culture system,boosting the efficiency in somatic cell cloning early embryos of Yanbian Yellow cattle.
