The Analysis Of The Decreased Activity Of Osmia Cornifrons In The Pingguoli Orchards

Pingguoli is the most important fruit tree cultivation in Yanbian of Jilin Province and it plays an important role in agricultural economy in Yanbian. Osmia is an excellent pollinating insects for some deciduous fruit tree, using of the Osmia pollination can significantly increase the Pingguoli yield and quality and bring about considerable economic benefits. The Study indicates that reproductive capacity of Osmia in the apple pear orchard was low than pear orchard; there is the problem of the rate from cocoon continuously decreased after several years after the release of life with wild Osmia. the reason of viability decrease was mainly about genetic factors, nutritional status and other factors. wild Osmia in the orchard of long-term inbreeding may lead to degradation of the population, but in so short years, the population decline can not shown so clearly.At present, the study of viability decrease was mainly centralized on the natural environment and management technology home and abroad, there was no research and report on the effect of specificity of various pollen to viability. This article analyzes the reason of viability decrease with the amount of pollen and nutrient analysis on the basis of research results of achievements domestic and overseas relation with material of Pingguoli and pollen of apple to investigate the reasons of viability decrease of Osmia in Pingguoli orchard. Providing reference for the developments and utilization of Osmia.Test results are as follows:1. The main reasons of low viability of Osmia in Pinguli orchard was the low pollen amount, and was only the amount of 1 / 3 of apple.2. The main reasons of low rate from cocoon of Osmia in Pinguli orchard was the low nutritional status than apple.3. Therefore, using of the Osmia pollination in Pingguoli orchards should take some appropriate methods and Technical measures for Providing Osmia Constantly. As establish an Osmia breeding base and the Osmia which used in Pingguoli orchards should be used in other fruits orchards.The action mechanism of pollen nutrient in organism of Osmia needs further research.
