Nanning City area with plenty of rainfall, the river developed at the reservoir, one can use water plentiful. But because of the uneven distribution of rainfall time, regional, seasonal water shortages obvious; The aging and dilapidated water conservancy projects, imperfect facilities, agricultural waste water; Agricultural water management mechanism imperfect; Irrigation backward, the utilization of low water problems, resulting in frequent floods and droughts , in particular the effects of drought great, agricultural production and water supply and demand contradiction. Therefore, research and development, agricultural drought water-saving technology, the realization of agricultural drought in Nanning City of optimizing the allocation of land and water resources to promote sustainable development of agriculture in Nanning City has practical significance.This study resource economics, agricultural ecology, irrigation science, land use planning, agriculture promotion of science, Water-saving technology and sustainable agricultural development theory as a guide, through the collection of information, the typical case studies, expert advice and site visits, and other means to apply the principle and system engineering, in accordance with the macro and micro combined with the qualitative and quantitative analysis, theory and practice of the principle of combining agricultural drought in Nanning City Exploration of water-saving technology and economic development-related natural elements of the agricultural drought water-saving technology development district, thereby building for the region, "increasing revenue and reducing expenditure" Fully a drought water-saving agricultural technology system, to fit the facts of Nanning City drought water-saving agricultural technology development mode. The main conclusions are as follows:1. The hills and mountains of dry agricultural irrigation district main mode of development: (1) Impervious channels + "U" groove + Field crops; (2) Mountain water (rainwater harvesting) + Water-saving irrigation measures + Economic crops; (3) Impervious channels + Water-saving technology field agronomic + Field crops.
