Technique Extension And Appliance Of Floating System In Tobacco Seedlings Of Bijie Mountainous Area

Experiment carried out to research the appliance of several medium treatments in floating system of flue-cured tobacco, different methods of transplanting about the floating system, and different methods of seedling in Dafang from 2003 to 2005. It was shown that:Treatment of the medium made by the fertilizer and the peat had the similar physical and chemical properties in seedbed. The conductance and pH value of those medium in seedbed had the similar changing trend. All of the treatment in the way of keeping water, and preserving moisture had the same ability. The medium made by fertilizer and peat could promote root activity, root development and resistance of the seedling.Transplanted seedling with more irrigation had a long time to return to green, treatment of divided irrigation was better than the irrigation one time with the same quantity water. It was also shown that too much irrigation would depress the speed of the seedling to return to green. Treatment with less water irrigated had more tobacco leaves than those treatments with enough irrigation, but the quality of leaves about the treatment with less water was bad. The leaves of the treatment became thin and the inclusion in leaves was not enough. Weightiness of the single fresh leaves and the high quality Leaf proportion had the linear correlation, this correlation could be figured with the expression of Y=1.6X-34.28 (r=0.6049~*)Seedling quality produced with the methods of floating system, container and general had no obviously difference. Seedling from the floating system had a long time to return to green, all of the treatment had the same growing period. Tobacco leaves quality of the treatment, floating system and container seedling was good, but it was not visible.
