Studies On Cultivation Model Of Spring Garlic Interplanting Flue-cured Tobacco

By the randomized block design of two factors of plant population and nitrogen rate,studies on the effects of plant population and nitrogen rate to the appeared quality,main chemical components of tobacco leaf,rhizosphere microorganism of flue-cured tobacco,agronomic traits and traits of economic of spring garlic interplanting flue-cured tobacco,the results showed that:(1) Based on the analysis of the appeared quality of tobacco leaf,the leaf of the different parts,upper-middle breathing rate(%):middle leaf＞upper leaf＞lower leaf.The upper-middle breathing rate of upper leaf is 92%,the highest average price of middle leaf is 12.65 yuan/kg,the highest breathing rate of the upper-middle 96.56% with the plant population 16500plant/hm~2 combine with the nitrogen rate 120kg/hm~2.On the appeared quality of tobacco leaf,it is the best combination.(2) Based on the analysis of main chemical components of tobacco leaf,the better regulation of nitrogen rate to main chemical components.The plant population15000plant/hm~2 combine with the nitrogen rate 90kg/hm~2 or the nitrogen rate,the plant population 16500plant/hm~2 combine with the nitrogen rate 120kg/hm~2 in the main chemical components of leaf within the scope of good coordination.(3) Based on the analysis of the number of flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere microorganism and fungi/bacteria,the main effect of the number of flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere microorganism is interactive of plant population and nitrogen rate(except actinomyces) at the budding stage.Plant population is the main factor at the first time harvest mature stage.The number of flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere microorganism in the same stage:bacteria＞actinomyces＞fungi;on the yield of flue-cured tobacco,the plant population 16500plant/hm~2 combine with the nitrogen rate 120kg/hm~2 is the best combination.(4) Based on the analysis of the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco and spring garlic,the spring garlic of plant population15000plant/hm~2 combine with the nitrogen rate120kg/hm~2 growing well.The spring garlic of spring garlic interplanting flue-cured tobacco growing well than the spring garlic alone at the harvest stage. Flue-cured tobacco are stages of the nitrogen rate 120plant/hm~2 cheerfully good,the agronomic traits on the part of the underground root.Fresh and dry weight are significantly higher than those of flue-cured tobacco control;the plant population 15000plant/hm~2 combine with the nitrogen rate120 kg/hm~2 is the best combination.(5) Based on the analysis of the economic traits of flue-cured tobacco and spring garlic,the yield different relay intercropping spring garlic with flue-cured tobacco groups with plant population 15000plant/hm~2 combine with the nitrogen rate 120kg/hm~2 is Max 20625.00kg/hm~2;the different economic traits of flue-cured tobacco of the plant population 16500plant/hm~2 combine with the nitrogen rate120kg/hm~2 is Max 52637.15yuan/hm~2.
