Amino acids are the basic unit of protein. This research test on the amino nitrogen derived growth, the contribution of nitrogen nutrition and assimilation mechanism of flue-cured tobacco. It is initially identified that amino nitrogen nutrition effects and mechanism of assimilation of tobacco. The main results in this study are as follows:1. In rosette stage of flue-cured tobacco, with each treatment increase in amino nitrogen application rate, various parts of the dry weight and the agronomic indicators showed a downward trend. In Vigorous, the experimental treatments of the aspartic deal research, the maximum amount of the dry matter weight of root, stem and leaf is the minimum amount1.45,2.02,1.38 times. After the budding, when the Aspartic acid content accounted for 25%,50%, 75% and 100% of the total N content, the incremental of the dry weight of tobacco were 1.16 g / d, 1.24 g / d, 1.28 g / d, 1.32 g / d, 1.23 g / d,there were no significant differences both stems and roots; while Aspartic acid content accounted for 25% of the total N content, the agronomic index in the deal was significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05). When Aspartic acid content accounted for 25% to 50% of the total N content, the flue-cured tobacco have the maximum dry matter accumulation and the best agronomic traits. When Aspartic acid content accounted for 25% and 50% of the total N content, the root have the maximum dry matter accumulation in Vigorous, the incremental of the dry matter accumulation of the mature tobacco leaves were 1.44g/ d, 1.48 g / d.2.With the same levels of nitrogen treatment, in rosette stage, leaves, stems and roots of Flue-cured tobacco have a decline of 1.4%-58%, 25%-45%, 1.3%-92%; leaves and stems have higher level nitrogen content than the root has. In Vigorous, each treatment with amino nitrogen increases were decreased tobacco root stem rising again after the first upward trend, nitrogen content of the various parts of glutamate treated slightly aspartate treatment, the nitrogen content of root and leaf are higher than the stems have, the difference between treatments was significant(P <0.01). Accumulation of nicotine in tobacco is mainlyconcentrated in the rosette stage and vigorous. In the vigorous nicotine content of roots was higher than other treatments, and nicotine content of other treatments were lower than inorganic nitrogen processing has. In Maturity, aspartic acid treatments, the protein content of leaves and stems were decreased with increasing levels of asparagine, and the decline of the protein content in the leaves and stems were 0% to 15%,12 % to 41%; When aspartate total facilities N ratio of 100%, the roots of the protein content increased by 10%, other treatments decreased, a decrease of 6% to 22%. Glutamate treatment increased maturity crude protein content of each part of flue-cured tobacco;wherein the change in crude protein content in root maximum the highest 64%.3.With the same levels of nitrogen treatment, TN-15 N, nicotine-15 N, crude protein-15 N of the leaves, the middle and lower leaves, stems and roots of various parts, the NDFFNO3-N decline in the rate of increase NDFFGlu-N and NDFFASP-N is basically the same, that is to say,Glu-N, ASP-N and NO3-N in the nutritional contribution of nitrogen nutrient, nicotine nitrogen, crude protein nitrogen nutrient contribution consistent.4. Aspartic acid treatment of flue-cured tobacco in different parts of the absorption of15 N content, with the loss of the inorganic nitrogen content decreases, the 15 N absorption of the highest levels of 2.53 g, lowest 0.59g; Glutamic acid processing, with the loss of the inorganic nitrogen content, the amount of 15 N absorption of tobacco plant G4 >G2 > G3 >G5, the highest levels of 2.24 g, lowest 0.78 g. In different part of the same process, stem absorption 15 N up to 0.76 g, allocation rate is 30.13%.5.With the same levels of nitrogen treatment, the leaf rate is significantly higher than stem and root, its allocation rate respectively is leaf > stem > root. Compared to two kinds of amino acid nitrogen source, when the proportion of organic nitrogen is 25%, the aspartate promotes the absorption of inorganic nitrogen; And when organic nitrogen ratio of 50%, the glutamic acid to promote the absorption of inorganic nitrogen source capacity than aspartate;when organic nitrogen ratio of 75%, all organic nitrogen uptake of inorganic nitrogen had no significant effect.6.In the rosette Stage, alanine aminotransferase(GPT) and aspartate in the rootstransaminase(GOT) activity was stronger, and there was not significantly difference at the other time, but there were significant differences(P <0.05) among the treatments, indicating that in the rosette stage absorption of amino acids may be in large part that transfer occurred within the root being assimilated amino role. In Budding Stage, the GPT, GDH activity of various parts is greatest and during this period in addition to the absorption of amino acids in the root up also the Ministry of Transport to the ground effect is occurring amino assimilation turn, also verified the effect of flue-cured tobacco in the late amino acids became clear conclusions.7.Pot experiment and the field showed that, amino nitrogen ratio from 0% to 50%,increased nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, total sugar, reducing sugar the contents were significantly higher than other treatments(P <0.05); Compared with inorganic nitrogen, adding amino acids, organic fertilizer price, fine tobacco rates, moderate smoke and orange smoke was higher than the rate of inorganic nitrogen. Add the inorganic nitrogen of amino acid, its better coordination chemistry of the tobacco leaf. Glutamate various parts of the chemical quality of the tobacco is slightly higher than the treatments of aspartate. When the amino nitrogen ratio of 25%, 50%, the overall efficiency of the tobacco is the highest.
