BC1 population of 200 individuals derived from the line 99165-30 crossing with L. hirsutum PI134417 was constructed. A molecular genetic map for Tomato was constructed base on CAPS and SSR markers being riveted in the chromosome and AFLP markers which were been researched by our team. The QTL with the resistance to gray mold was analyzed. The results are summarize follows:1. Constructed molecular genetic map for Tomato used AFLP, CAPS and SSR markers. The map included 363 markers and 1315cM ,distributed in 12 main lingkange groups spanning length from 53 to 150cM,with an average interval distance is 3.72cM.2. Used CAPS and SSR markers riveted the 1 to 12 linkage groups to be 2,3,6,7,12,11,9,10,8,1,5,4 chromosome.3. There were two QTLs located with the resistance of leaf. One QTL with resistance to gray mold was located on LG1 with is tomato chromosome 2 and tightly linked with E40/M59-8 marker, the LOD is 4.58,the explanation is 10.3%,supporting area is 4.7cM;Another QTL was mapped on LG2 which is tomato chromosome 3 linked between T1621 and P21/M48-2,the LOD is 4.63,the explanation is 10.4%,supporting area is 11.6cM.Results of this research would offer available markers for molecular marker-assisted selection, accelerate attainment of varieties of tomato.
