| The article reseached Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. h's nutrition characteristics, further identified the appropriate amount of fertilizer preliminaryly , by the field experiment through different ration of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium , studied fertilization effect on Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. h , results mainly as follows :Studied the growth law of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. h,divide 4 period of it's whole life as : seeding stage , important root elongated stage , root tuber expands stage , recovery stage . Before September 10 , it's dry matter was mainly distribute in leafs , then root tuber . The accumulating trend of root tuber's dry matter was similar as the accumulating trend of total dry matter as a index curve . Octorber was the fast period of root tuber's growing , so we should tighten up the management and top application reasonablely to enhance the yield of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. h . From November , the root tuber's growth rate was extremely slow , even appeared minus grow , so we preliminaryly defined November as the harvest time .The absorption and distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium was studied in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. h, the results showed that : In the growing season the demand of NK were far higher than P , so we should take NK coordination when top applicate at seeding stage . At important root elongated stage and root tuber expands stage with growth quantity rapid ascension , The uptake amount of N, P, and K were very high , therefore the use amount of fertilizer should be increased . The massive elements's distribution increased gradually in root tuber along with the period of duration passage . Maximum value were all appeared at early November . According to the determination results of NPK nutrients, Under 1.66 ton per 667m2's production level , when produced 1 t fresh Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.F. H need N 5.43kg, P2O5 4.17kg, K2O 20.04kg.Adopted the method of dry ashing-ICP , studied the absorption and distribution of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn by Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. h The result showed that absorption dynamics of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn were coincided with the Dry-matter accumulation. Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. h's absorbed trace elements less primaryly .As time went on, the rate of sorption and accumulation increased rapidly. It slightly decreased later. In the whole life,the content of the 4 trace elements were in the order of Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu; the content of these 4 trace elements in early growing stage were higher than in late growing stage;and the content in leaves were higher than root tuber. The distribution of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn presented the same rule. They were mainly distributed in leaves in early growth stage .But in late growth stage they were mainly distributed in root tuber and the distribution proportion in overground part decreased. According to the determination results of the four trace elements , Under 1.66 ton per 667m2's production level , when produced 1 t fresh Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.F. H need Fe, Mn , Cu , Zn 38.99g , 2.54g , 2.21g , 6.30g .Studied the relations between output and applies fertilizer respectively, selected the best combination was N 15kg/667m2,P2O5 8 kg/667m2,K2O 12 kg/667m2.In this experiment ,we used orthogonal and confounding design L27(313), set up a effect model between fertilizer and output y=215.3970+12.8068x1+18.3953x2+10.0991x3-0.3659x12-0.7828x22-0.2618x32+0.2030x1x2+0.0116x1x3-0.4239x2x3 . Simulated the regress model and seeked out the best , we got a scheme of high yield fertilized association N=20.90kg/667m2, P2O5=11.67 kg/667m2,K2O=10.30kg/667m2 and a scheme of maximum profitN=19.68kg/667m2 ,P2O5=12.11kg/667m2 ,K2O=5.14kg/667m2 , these schemes can exert directive function partly to regional Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.F. Hueichingenis(Chao et Schih)Hsiao.'s fertilize . Further statistical results demonstrated that : nitrogen fertilizer was the main facter of output , each facter's contribution in this experiment N>P>K . However if these fertilizer were overcommited , the output of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. h would be reduced .Studied the effect of different percentage of NPK fertilizer to the absorption and distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. h , The result showed that the contents of NPK in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. h by NPK fertilizer's association were higher than those by no fertilizer , and comfortable percentage had the tremendous effect to NPK contents . For this reason we should pay more attention to the suitable percentage of NPK fertilizer to improve the content of NPK. Under NPK fertilizer's association , N1P1K1 association was the highest in nitrogen absorption , N1P1K1,N1P1K2 associations were the highest in phosphorus absorption , N2P2K1,N2P2K2 associations were the highest in potassium absorption .Researched the effect of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. h's total NPK contents , total weights , total nutrient contents by different percentage of NPK fertilizer , it showed that the key element to nitrogen content was phosphoric fertilizer , the key element to phosphorus content was nitrogen fertilizer , the key element to potassium content was potassium fertilizer and the key element to total weights was Nitrogen fertilizer , phosphoric fertilizer and potassium fertilizer were secondary elements . |
