In order to produce one additive instead of antibiotics and to depress antibiotics leave behind as well as pollution of antibiotics, the trial investigated the effect on growing capability; nutrition absorptivity; blood index; immunity function; germ in feces; butchering index; pork quality and benefit by using stomachic Chinese herb feed additives. We chose 90 healthy pigs, which had similar weights (P>0.05) and 45-day lives. A group was using 0.05% stomachic Chinese herb. B group was using 0. 1% stomachic Chinese herb. C group was using antibiotics in feedstuff. Every group had also divided into 3 groups with 10 pigs each. The contrast experiment indicated:(1) Average end weight of A and B groups had separately increased 12% and 21% compared to C group, B group had increased 8% compared to A group (P<0.01). Appetite on daily feedstuff of A and B groups had separately increased 16% and 24% compared to C group, B group had increased 7% compared to A group (P<0.01).(2) Loin-eye area of A and B groups had separately increased 13% and 19% compared to C group, B group had increased 5% compared to A group (P<0.01). Butchering rate of A and B groups had separately increased 3% and 4% compared to C group (P<0.05).(3) Digest ratio of protein of A and B groups had separately increased 5% and 6% compared to C group (P<0.05). Digest ratio of fattiness of A and B groups had separately increased 5% and 7% compared to C group (P<0.05).(4) The content of T-BILI of A and B groups had separately depressed 31% and 46% compared to C group, B group had depressed 22% compared to A group (P<0.01). The content of TG of A and B groups had separately depressed 50% and 58% compared to C group, B group had depressed 38% compared to A group (P<0.01). The content of Ch of A and B groups had separately depressed 40% and 46% compared to C group, B group had depressed 10% compared to A group (P<0.01).(5) Marble line of A and B groups had separately increased 12% and 22% compared to C group, B group had increased 8% compared to A group (P<0.01). Ch content in muscle of A and B groups had separately depressed 12% and 23% compared to C group, B group had depressed 10% compared to A group (P<0.01). The essential amino acid content of B group had separately increased 4% and 5% compared to A and C groups (P<0.05). C18:2 content of A and B groups had separately increased 3% and 12% compared to C group, B group had increased 9% compared to A group (P<0.01). ALA content of A and B groups had separately increased 37% and 83% compared to C group, B group had increased 33% compared to A group (P<0. 01).(6) C3bR and IC rate of B group had separately increased 11% and 13% compared to C group (P<0.05). EaT and EACB index of A and B groups had separately increased 19%, 20%; 14%, 18% compared to C group (P<0. 01).(7) Coliform index of B group had separately depressed 7% and 9% compared to A and C groups (P<0.05). Sporangium bacterium index of B group had separately increased 4% and 5% compared to A and C groups (P<0.05). Lactobacillus index of A and B groups had separately increased 14% and 57% compared to C group, B group had. increased 38% compared to A group (P<0.01).(8) Benefit index of A and B groups had separately increased 17%(ï¿¥52) and 30%(ï¿¥96) compared to C group, B group had increased 12% (ï¿¥42) compared to A group (P<0.01).(9) Stomachic Chinese herb could instead of antibiotics use for feed additive and it is worth to apply on breeding pigs.
