The Effect Of A New Culture Medium Called "Homemade Cola" No.6 On The Quality And Yield Of Agaricus Bisporus

The effect of a new type of culture medium called "Homemade Cola" No.6 on Agaricus bisporus's quality and yield has been studied in this dissertation,with a view to finding the best ratio of "Homemade Cola" No.6 for cultivating Agaricus bisporus, and provide some good ideas for the development of Agaricus bisporus's production. Take the traditional grass cultivation fecal material as a comparison,and then six treatments A,B,C,D,E and F have been set up,respectively 30%,50%,70%,80%, 90%and 100%"Homemade Cola" No.6,and each set three repeat.Research on effects of different levels "Homemade Cola" No.6 on Agaricus bisporus mycelial growth,the fruitbody growth,fruitbody nutritional quality,productivity,biological efficiency and economic efficiency.The results can be summarized as follows:1 Mycelium grows strong and the fastest growth rate is 6.4mm/d when water content 60%.Mycelium grows generally when water content 65%and 55%. Mycelium growth poor when water level of 50%and 70%.Thus,60%is the best ratio of water when mycelium grows in "Homemade Cola" No.6.With the increase or decrease of water,weakening trend has been showed in the growth of mycelium.2 Mycelium grows better in the culture medium with 50%"Homemade Cola" No.6 and the feces of grass.In the culture medium with fecal of grass,the fastest growth speed is the 8.1mm/d;the growth speed of mycelium is 7.7mm/d,the second only to CK,in 50%"Homemade Cola" No.6,but it has the strongest growth potentiality.Mycelium grows poor in the 90%and 100%"Homemade Cola" No.6, other treatment are normal.It shows that the appropriate "Homemade Cola" No.6 is help to strengthen the mycelium growth potentiality,and also fasten growth rate.3 Two treatments of fruitbody have higher density in 70%and 80% "Homemade Cola" No.6,of which the most treatment content is 0.59g/ml in 70% "Homemade Cola" No.6.The fruitbody in fecal and grass culture medium look good, but its content in lower level.Fruitbody in 70%and 80%"Homemade Cola" No.6 have the worst quality 0.55g/ml.It shows that "Homemade Cola" No.6 has no significant effects on fruitbody of Agaricus bisporus look,but appropriate amount of "Homemade Cola" No.6 has significantly improved the density of fruitbody.4 The fruitbody with 80%"Homemade Cola" No.6 have the highest protein content,but the lowest fat content,carbohydrate and the highest calcium content, rough celluse and ash content of the middle,the best nutritional quality fruitbody.The fruitbody in fecal and grass culture medium have the second protein content,but the highest fat content.The fruitbody with 30%and 100%"Homemade Cola" No.6 have the worst protein content.The rest of the fruitbody have the middle level of quality.It shows that appropriate amount of "Homemade Cola" No.6 has significantly improved the nutritional quality of fruitbody.5 The culture medium with 80%"Homemade Cola" No.6 have the highest yield, biological efficiency and the highest producing ratio,it was 6.38kg/m~2,44.9%and 5.47 in order.It is 27.9%higher yields than the control,and biological efficiency and economic efficiency increased by 44.5%and 29.3%.With 70%"Homemade Cola" No.6,the training materials culture effects better.While with 30%and 100% "Homemade Cola" No.6 the training material culture perform not well.Other treatments have substantial economic benefits.It shows that appropriate ratio of "Homemade Cola" No.6 can significantly increase the production of Agaricus bisporus,biological efficiency and economic benefits.
